Mimi’s Soaps

Purchased 100% shea butter from Mimi’s at Greensboro Farmer’s Market. Asked if this product was good for feet and told it was terrific. After using for a few weeks it does not work — it’s like not using any product at all. In fact the skin on my feet seems to be even drier. Contacted the business and asked if there was anything that could be added to make this product more effective. (Cited had been using pre de provance foot cream for years and that was terrific). The reply was ‘never had a complaint in 15 years’ and to stop by and discuss — perhaps another product would be better’. Replied that I no longer lived in the area and the response was ‘oh, where are you — — - I like to know where our products travel.’ REALLY?
