I love this place! Crystal White is the bomb dot com! I truly struck gold when I found her! I can walk in look like everyone else and leave looking like a movie star! She is so awesome at what she does! She makes me feel so comfortable there! And to be honest, who doesn’t like to write on the bathroom walls or take constant selfies?!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a hair salon. I went in for a consultation with Chelsea and was very clear of what I wanted. I went in to get it done a few days later and she talked me out of what I originally wanted. Once it was done I was left with a dark blonde/​muddy grey-​ish highlights rather than the all over light grey I wanted plus, the tones were uneven throughout my hair due to the fact that she used two different volumes on different parts of my hair. She reassured me that if I came back in about a week, she would reapply the toner and my color would be closer to what I wanted. I left the salon unhappy and upset. Two days later I washed my hair and almost every bit of the color washed out. As days went on, my hair began to turn brassy, gold, and even blended with my darker color. I asked what she could do to fix it and made it very clear I needed it bleached again, but she insisted on having to charge me again for bleaching it. I then spoke with another hairstylist who advised me that it wasn’t bleached light enough to begin with for my desired color and that the stain would not turn out how I wanted. Unable to get to the salon, I text Chelsea about the issue. A WEEK later I received a reply. Still extremely unhappy with how it turned out and her willingness to correct it, I asked for a refund. I was then told she did not give refunds and I had a 7 day period for her to change anything. Had I known her policy beforehand, I would have been more persistent at the salon that it was nowhere near what I wanted.
My advice is to stay away. And if you do venture to try this place out, please be 100% confident your stylist knows what you want and that she is confident in what she is doing.
I’m now out $ 130.00, have extremely damaged, nasty brassy hair, and am having to pay for someone to fix the mistakes she made.

If you’re looking for someplace local, this is the place. Don’t let the small town fool you. Chelsea is a small town girl with city style. She could work at any major salon, yet she is right under your nose.
The salon is clean, comfortable and convenient.
They have online appointments as well. It’s nice to not drive into Rockwall to get my doo on!
