My daughter had a gift certificate. Unfortunately she was very unhappy with the service. She felt that the masseuse did not know her job, she said she massaged her using a towel. Also noticed that license was not displayed. Atmosphere was not relaxing and she was not given personalized care. She said that she did not feel she had a good experience and would NOT recommend.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went in there and the lady couldn’t understand me, had to get the lady from rice Xpress to translate. Then after that during the massage I was interrupted 6, 6! Different times. Everytime someone walked in she had to tell them to come back or every time the phone rang. If you are going to only have 1 person on staff then at least put a sign at front saying in massage come back in certain amount of time. To make matters worse the massage sucked. My little 2 year old nephew could of massaged me better. And she was coughing the whole time. Then what really pissed me off is when I went to pay she told me it was 3 $ extra to pay with my card. I said that is written nowhere in this place. She also did not know how to function the machine and told me I needed different card so then she had to go get the rice Xpress lady again who then tells me it’s 5 $ to use my debit card to pay … She then asks me how it was and I said horrible she said oh no likey and I said no, I don’t know why she asked because it’s not like she did anything to make it better. I will never step foot in that place again and I will also never eat rice Xpress again

I’ve never been to a place that provides massage before so I can’t speak from experience but I can give my own perception of what it meant to me. First, I almost didn’t go in when I pulled up to find they had the doors open. I asked if the A/C was out. She said it was not. Well, 85 degrees with about 95% humidity, and they have the doors open? It was an indicator of what was to come. The one lady in front barely spoke English. The girl that gave me my massage seemed to only understand 2 words, okay and good. Otherwise she seemed to have no idea what I was saying when I asked her questions. The massage room was tiny, it was hot and the air was still and stuffy. She did a pretty good job at the massage I guess. but it was still really uncomfortable because of the heat and stuffy air. When she was done, she couldn’t even tell me how much I owed her, she got one of their fliers and pointed at one of their rates. What really got me was after I paid her, she gave me this sad puppy dog look and started stammering something I could only guess was a request for a tip. I asked her if she was wanting a tip and she nodded«yes». So I gave her some extra and it was obviously not enough. She kept the sad look. After that experience I won’t go back. It was an experiment to experience a massage but it cost too much for what it was. Expensive experience. If you go here, I hope you’re cold natured so you can handle the heat, and you need to be able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin, I don’t know which, but the girl there has no English skills at all. Next time I’ll just go to a chiropractor.
