Milano’s Pizza

This is the only Pizza place we visit. after disappointing pizza from all the BIG pizza joints, Milano’s is made some someone who obviously knows, and loves what he’s doing! My family has never been disappointed here. from the greeting of walking through the door, to the perfect pizza crust, to the farewell. The Pizza crust– never soggy or doughy. The veggies are fresh, firm and hot! there is none of the grease that sits on it like pizzas (I’m looking at you big red hat pizza!, and you too Dice!). oh… I love the cheese! That cheese on his pizzas are fantastic! Just the right amount of crispy/​toasted/​stringy. That man has his pizzas down to a science! He is right by the Pharmacy and Post office down town. Pop in some evening, or better yet, stop in when we have a downtown festival!

I ordered some cheese sticks and stuffed jalapenos to go. The cheese sticks were good but the peppers were exactly the same as the ones sold in the Walmart deli. I was hoping for something much better. I went in on a Saturday at noon and the place was literally empty. That says something about the place.

It was okay, and the service was nice for a small town pizza place. But, the pizza is what it all comes down to and it was quite disappointed to be honest. The crust was very doughy as if it was slightly raw, the sauce was non existent (if there was any that stood out it was bland) the chease is just one solid piece even when hot and the meat tastes processed. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. I’ve had this experience more than once. If only I lived in range of Dominoes or Pizza Hut, but the 40 minutes of driving is worth it.

I’m not big on the popular dominos, papa johns, Pizza Hut, ect. But I love small family owned places and only get pizza from one place until I moved to Royse city. Now I won’t eat anything other than milanos. There is something about how fresh their cheese is that it makes a huge difference in the taste of their pizza. Sad they started closing on Mondays, but great service and never have to wait long for delivery!

We ordered delivery. Fast and very pleasant service. He had Chicken Alfredo that was just fine. I had the submarine sandwich that was just average. The cheesy bread was great. The French fries were baked, not fried. Maybe we should have ordered pizza. Will try again at a later date.

Delivered & Not impressed at all! Pizza was passable but not the best or my 1^st choice. Paid $ 6 for a grilled chicken salad and was totally a joke! 4pcs of chicken and lettuce turning and was delivered in a to go container and filled maybe ¹⁄₃ of the box.

A great small business with that family feel. Everyone has a smile and the pizza is pretty good. :)

I have both ordered delivery and dined in the royse city restaurant. I cannot deny the food was pretty good. Our food came out quickly and service was decent. We ate, paid and left. However, a couple days later I saw a transaction on my credit card statement one for $ 25 that we dined in on. Then One for $ 50 and one for $ 2 something showing it was from Milano’s so I went in to show the owner they charged my account when I didn’t order any more after the first time and they told me I had to prove to them yada yada so they were looking through paper work and this was a process of about 2 weeks. So to sum it up, I never got my money back and I think as the owner especially that is terrible business to not make it right. It’s their loss.

We placed a delivery order. We got lasagna, cheesy bread sticks, and a pizza. All three things were great! The lasagna is easy on ricotta which is perfect for me. The pizza is easy on the sauce which is also perfect for me. I recommend Milano’s!

Our new Friday pizza place I tried it out Friday because my dad told us it was really good. My daughter called and ordered the woman was really nice on the phone. We got there and everyone was real nice I got the chicken Alfredo deluxe if you dont like bell peppers and onions you can just get the chicken alfredo. Let me tell you it was so delicious and so fresh and the crust is perfect just the way I like it alot of places make it all about the crust but the actual pizza is what matters to me I mean it was delicious. We also got one with pineapple, spinach and hamburger was great too. It was 2 for $ 22.00 great deal. Also a side salad it was good for the price. Definitely going back. Friday as a matter of fact. :-D

Very clean, friendly, and delicious! Reasonable prices and a very kind server. The atmosphere and interior are very cute, and remind me of that classic detective-​story-​trope hole in the wall place where the best food can be found. The veggie pizza is delicious, and I don’t even normally like veggie pizza! The music isn’t too loud and the whole place is very neat and orderly with a comfortable feel. I highly recommend it!

We’re somewhat new to Royse City and we are always up for trying new places. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza for pickup and it was ready when we got there. The person helping us at the counter was very friendly. We were pretty impressed with the pizza! The crust was really good and the overall flavor was delicious! No more Pizza Hut for us!

Definitely one of my favorite local spots. sandwiches and gyros are awesome. Pizza is the best in royse city.

Major fan of this place. they have a great chicken alfredo pizza!!!
As far as everything else. has okay salads. good chicken wings which gives off a good kick. good chicken nuggets for the kiddos. they even put sliced carrots. like who would eat that right? :)
But if your in the area and want something different. go for the pizza. its great!
