McDonald’s

Terrible! Just awful. Customer Service no longer exists here. Food always tastes old, dried out. IF you feel you NEED McDonalds, go just a few more miles! AVOID this one at all costs!

I’ve been to this place probably 6 times over the last 2 months (I know, too much right?!?)
Out of all my ventures to this particular McDonald’s I’ve found no reason to complain. Maybe I’m lucky, or maybe it’s just a good McDonald’s. People should take more time to write good reviews as opposed to just writing a review when they do not like a place or had a bad experience.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I have been in. And the bar is set pretty low to begin with. I don’t expect five star service at a place like this but I do expect the order taker to know how to punch in the order and count change. It’s an idiot-​proof register with pictures and big letters and it tells you how much change to give back. But apparently they found a brain surgeon in this town who could barely speak, much less operate a register.
And I had two women order in front of me who had apparently never been to a McDonald’s judging by how long it took to order. Of course, after they were seated and eating they were loudly discussing a criminal court case they were involved in. Obviously people who require police intervention in their daily lives to sort out their drama.
Skip this one-​horse minagerie and go the extra distance to Rockwall or Greenville.

Not my favorite place to eat but it’s a McDonald’s and well maintained. Bottom line, the kids have fun there so grin and bear it occassionally.

Don’t eat here they are really bad about giving food poisoning to you, messup your order all the time

Its just the same as every other one.
BUT THE SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE! We always have something go wrong! Missing fries.burgers. brunt buns. no ice. or whatever. its like they have an excuse for everything. like every other place now. charging you extra for sauces.
Well since they remodel the whole place. to serve the café style coffee. its getting a little better. but heck its still needs improvements on the service!
