Fate Family Dental

I bring both kids here and they are absolutely wonderdul. We actually come as a family, but my kids truly love these guys. We were going to Wylie Children’s Dentistry and it was never a good experiene. Fate Family is little to zero wait time, you don’t sit forever waiting in the chair, and they are so incredibly nice and patient. Today we had a new hygienist but I forgot to ask his name. Probably mid thirties, blondish hair, tall. He mentioned having a 3.5 year old and he was AMAZING with my son! Love this place and so do my kids.

This is the type of dentist you want to see. They are honest, sensitive to the your needs, and clearly enjoy helping others. It is a new office and I am amazed by the technology that they use. They really care about their work and will go all out to make sure you’re happy.

I had my first exam and they said my tooth needs to come out. We scheduled for it to come out and I arrived on time. I told the receptionist to let them know I would need some sedation since my last experience at a dentist was so horrific that I have a fear of dentist. She told me they can’t do anything but Nitrous. I asked if I could talk to someone to understand what would be done. the dentist i saw originally then took me into an office and explained that there was a mistake and they could not pull it today if I wanted the bone preserved for a implant. When i explained what it took for me just to show up today and how fearful I was because of my ungodly painful last experience with a different dentist, she told me they were not the dentist for me and asked me to leave. I had paid good money (I have no insurance) and now I have to start over somewhere else and pay for an exam again? while in intense pain? They have no concern for people who are frightened and in pain. DO NOT GO HERE!11

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place — especially in dealing with the young office manager (Destiny) when I requested my son’s x-​rays. Without going into detail, let’s just say we agreed to part ways. I had to make numerous phone calls, being told that the office manager was busy with a patient, calling the next day and being placed on hold for long periods of time, only to be put through to the office manager’s voice mail by the staff, trying to get them to send me the x-​rays that I had already paid for. My reviews are honest and truthful. Based on my own personal experience, I would not recommend this practice to friends & family.

This new clean dental office is so close to home & convenient. The dental hygienist was wonderful. The Dr took his time with me & answered all my questions. The staff is friendly. I would recommend all my friends & family. What a wonderful experience.
