House of Flowers and Gifts

DO NOT GO HERE!
I thought my boyfriend had sent me pretty roses, until he showed me a picture of what they were supposed to look like. He had paid for a much prettier bouquet with about 2 dozen more roses in it than this place actually delivered. The flowers looked nothing like the internet picture showed. He paid about $ 100 for a bouquet that looked like it was worth $ 30. Also, the flowers were dying by the end of the day. He called up to tell the parent company & had to argue for about a half an hour before he was told they would rectify the situation.
So, the next day I received a phone call with a voice message telling me when they’d deliver & to call if I had any questions. As I did not, I did not call. Two hours passed when they said they would deliver, so I decided to call & check on the flowers. I was told since they had not heard back from me, they didn’t deliver. I told them their message said to call with questions, so that’s why I never called. They then said the flowers would be delivered within the hour, which they were not. They also made me leave the other flowers out for them to take — even though that is also a ridiculous request.
So, I was waiting for them to knock, which they did not this time (as they had the first day), because I wanted to show the pictures of what the arrangement was versus what it should have been. However, there was no warning they had come. I had to just keep checking out the door. When I finally go the flowers the second time, they were WORSE than the first time. The bouquet still looked nothing like the online picture and had less to it than the first bunch.
So, do not use this service unless you want to be screwed. Twice.
