Father & Son Locksmith

Rare these days to be completely satisfied with any type of service… but Chris satisfied and more. Great experience. The lock between mud room and garage broke. This door is without a doubt the most used door in our house that has 5 outside doors. I tried to fix but even after taking the hinge pins out, could not get the door un-​jammed. I called a few locksmiths but either got VM or they could not come that day. Chris answered the phone, and even though we were a bit outside his area, came on y=time and fixed everything. He even sprayed WD-​40 in another door lock that I was having trouble with. He also educated me about some locksmiths from Israel who come and break your lock-​set, then sell a new lock set and charge $ 500. Chris just replaced the latch mechanism so we could use the same knobs and key.
Then he told me where to get a high quality lock-​set for little money. Overall, Chris exceeded my expectations. I will use him in the future for all door related problems.

Chris was wonderful to work with. We called him to change our locks and he was out to us in 10 minutes. Luck would have it that he was finishing a job minutes from us. He is professional and did a great job. He installed 4 locks for us. We would definitely recommend his services!

When we purchased our home I called Amerilock to have all of our locks rekeyed. I spoke with Chris who was able to come the very next day first thing in the morning just as requested. He showed up right on time and took care of everything on the spot quickly. We ended up needing 2 of the 4 doorknobs replaced because we didn’t have the key for them but he had everything he needed on his truck to do the job. He was also nice enough to give me a break on the price since it turned out to be a bigger job than I anticipated. Great job all around and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

My husband and I needed our newly purchased house to be re-​keyed. We called Amerilock and they were very professional and came out the same day we called. Prices are very reasonable.

My husband I walked out of our home without our keys and originally called a different locksmith 3 times. Each time the dispatcher said, «he didn’t call you yet to confirm?» so after 50 minutes we called Amerilock and Chris answered the phone. He told us he’d be be at our residence within 15 minutes. He arrived in 10 minutes and charged $ 100, which was reasonable considering it was 5:00 on Mother’s Day (Sunday). We were so thankful and hopefully we’ll never need Chris again but if we do then we’ll definitely be calling Amerilock! Thank you!
