The staff here has always been nice to me, but I can’t give this place more than two stars because it… is…so…slow! I have never waited less than 45 minutes to reach the counter, so I either have to give up my entire lunch break or wait for an hour after work. Amazingly, there are always one or two registers that are not being used. Clearly they need more staff. I would absolutely find another post office, but this is the closest one to my office. When it’s not an important matter, I usually choose to wait until Saturday morning to go to the one on Military in Delray Beach because it’s usually easier. You should never have a line out the door with only one clerk to service everyone. What was the old U.S. Postal motto? «Nor rain, nor sleet, nor snow?» In Royal Palm Beach/​Wellington they should add, «…unless it’s lunch hour.»

Seriously standing in line for 10 minutes and hasn’t moved. I dont even see anyone helping people up there. USPS does not care because really what other choice do we have for mailing options without paying UPS or FEDEX which won’t mail to PO Boxes anyway.
