Just left the store and their customer service was terrible. My mom and I spent almost $ 500 for my grandmothers 80th birthday. All the associates were too busy talking to each other that none of them wanted to help us. We asked twice if they could look up a few items at their other store, and 30 minutes later they still didn’t tell us anything. I went to the back to gab the associate we asked to help us, and she was too busy talking about her own personal problems to a coworker. The staff do not wear name tags either. Will not be back.

Trying to find decorations for a 75th birthday party, you would think party city would have stuff but apparently they only expect people to celebrate up to 60. The cashiers suggestion was to go on line and order from another vendor

I had to be the first to review this place. If you want to meet the most ghetto employees of your entire life then simply walk in the door. I could hear this lady yelling across the entire store. Talking about how she was gonna steal the managers job and «yu can bet dat cause I ain’t finna be messin round wit no low as pay. Need me some cash ya heard me.»
I am floored that anyone would hire someone like that. Everyone was looking at each other like WOW.
