I had a relative handled by Palms West recently.
It was expensive. Expensive. The lack of warmth and sincerity by the staff (sitting in the entryway talking and laughing during a viewing) leaves the impression of the serious lack of professionalism.
The individual handling our services and viewing is not well suited for funereal services. Her demeanor lacks the proper conduct and behavior in a grieving situation.
While addressing the mourners she constantly smiles, uncomfortably, annoyingly.
Her announcements have a sharp and uncouth delivery. Creating an uneasy and discomforting feeling. Sounding like a department store announcement.
Her name is Heather.

Used their services last month (Aug 2014) and I cannot say enough about this Funeral Home. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional. Heather walked us through everything in a calm and compassionate way. She is the very best and I thank her for everything she did for us. Our family member looked great, the rooms and service was just beautiful. Thank you Palms West for making a difficult time in our lives a bit easier.
