Our server lindsey was fantastic. Filet mignon was delicious. A little less salt on our dishes would have been better. All in all a good experience

We went to Outback last week and sat at one of the small booths in the bar area. Service was decent, until it was time to order. I asked to order the 4 course meal of the sirloin with the mushroom marsala. The waitress told me that didn’t exist, we picked up the 4 course menu and showed it to her. She then told me that she would have to figure out a way to ring it in. Um ok, not my problem. We got the onion bloom pieces which were ok, the potato soup which was really good, and a wedge salad that was excellent. When it was time for my entrée to come out, just the bare steak arrived, I asked where the mushroom marsala sauce was and my side dish. She told me that I didn’t get a side with the 4 course meal, but that she would bring me a side of the marsala sauce. I was over the whole thing at this point and just got over not having a side item. The mushroom marsala sauce that she brought out was so tiny that I was able to dip 3 pieces of the steak in it and then it was gone. Our dirty dishes sat in front of us until we left, when delivering the bill, the waitress didn’t bus our table at all. It has been a while since we had been to Outback, it will be a while until we come back.

Muuuuuuch better service and food this time! Our Bloomin’ onion was fresh, and perfect; our blue cheese wedge salads were amazing; and our steaks were cooked to absolute perfection — so tender and juicy. Our waiter was great too: very attentive and professional. I am very glad for giving Outback Steakhouse another chance. Will definitely be back again like usual for our steaks.

This outback just keeps going downhill and I honestly don’t know why I bother to keep coming back? Maybe I’m just a sucker. The food always takes forever to come out and half the time the food is mediocre. My husband and I used the call ahead option for a table since we would be going to the restaurant with our 4 year old, we were quoted 20 – 30 min. When we showed up we still had to wait another 10 – 15 min, so what was the point do the call ahead option? I ordered the bloom petals, strawberry lemonade and a classic ribeye. The strawberry lemonade never disappoints however it does come from the bar so sometimes it takes longer to get. The bloom petals were a little upsetting – The concept is to have a few petals from the blooming onion without having to order the huge blooming onion – what we got was more or less a few petals and a lot of fried breading. As always, the bread and butter was delicious. My salad came out with my daughters entrée, so that she could start eating while the rest of the food was being cooked. She ate her entire meal, I finished my salad and starting desperately eating the fried crumbs from the bloom petals because the food was taking so long. We finally flagged down our waiter to ask what was taking so long. A few minutes later our food came out, the steak was cooked more well done then medium but at that point I wasn’t one to ask it to be remade. When asked if we would care for dessert, I politely declined – after all if it took that long for an entrée I don’t want to see how long it would take for dessert to get to the table. If you can, I would recommend going to a different outback, this location just always seems to take much longer then expected.

Such a disappointment! This place has been my go to place for a perfectly cooked steak for the past few years, I’m not sure what happened but it was like a totally different restaurant today. We walked in to no host, maybe only two other customers were there eating, a server found the host for us. We were seated and the server was a nice polite young man. We ordered as usual, appetizers came out in timely manner AND then downhill from there. The food took 35 – 40 mins to come out, mind u there were only two other tables in the restaurant. I ordered a bone in ribeye medium rare, it came out looking like a boiled piece of steak, i sent it back and asked them to make it look like a wood fired grilled steak, they said ok and brought the same steak back in 2 mins and it looked exactly the same, I sent it back and said I no longer wanted it, the manager approached me and instead of an apology just kept asking me if I wanted to order something else I said no and he rudely walked away, the server was nice that’s about all I can say that was nice. You’ll never find me there again.

I order my steak medium and got medium rare, my date ordered his medium also and got a well done steak. The baked potatoe’s outside skin was so salty i couldnt even eat it. Slow service when it’s not that busy. We did not receive our free bread, which I thought was strange. It’s the first time I’ve ever been to outback and never got our free bread. We waited 40+ minutes for 2 steaks. Will not return to this outback location.

Worst service! We have been to this location 2x, first time the quality of food wasn’t what we normally get from outback but just chalked it up to an off night. Went back tonight and the restaurant was busy but found a seat at the bar. This was at 6pm mind you. Got drinks right away, great. Waited 15 minstrel for the bartender to come back so we could order and they just kept walking by. So I finally stopped one of them to oder. We are just leaving the restaurant at 745 and never ate our meal! We sat quietly until we had been there an hour and 15 minstrel until we finally spoke up and asked how much longer. The bartender said I’m not sure they keep telling me it’s coming. She was very unapologetic. We waited another 15 – 20 mins and I finally said please give me a check for our drinks and side salad we are leaving. Not once did the bartender apologize or even care that we were leaving. Looking around everyone in that place was complaining! Once we told the bartender we were leaving she yelled over to the manager to can our order and she was like«okay». You would think she would come over apologize for the service, maybe offer an appetizer on the house, something but she didn’t seem to care either. We definitely worth the best going back to this location ever again!

Came on a Monday night(yesterday) for dinner & had a good experience. When we first walked through the doors, a distinct, musty/mildew smell presented itself… I have a thing with funky smells. I thought to myself: this place really needs a deep cleaning with bleach. Lots of bleach. The tabletop even felt a little grimy but it looked clean. And Okay, maybe I am a little OCD with things that are not clean… but it really seemed like the wash rags were left in the washer for too long without being dried, and they used them to wipe everything down, anyway. Our server was attentive, even if her voice seemed like she was forcing a pleasant tone. The bread was warm & fresh… I’ve been trying to steer away from heavy carbs but I couldn’t resist having more. I ordered the Hearts of Gold Mahi, a Mahi steak seasoned and cooked perfectly, topped with artichoke hearts & sundries tomatoes. I’m positive I’ve had this dish before but it just wasn’t as memorable. The fresh vegetables on the side were steamed to perfection with just the right amount of crispness. My husband ordered half rack of ribs with a sweet potato, which he noted needed a little more sauce. The rib meat seemed to come right off the bone as my husband got deeper into the rack. The sweet potato with butter, cinnamon & brown sugar is always his favorite part! He shared & bite, and it was delicious. Aside from the smell, we had a pretty enjoyable meal!

We went here last night for dinner, and I have to say, since I have been going to this location, the service and food quality have been rapidly declining! We did the«call ahead» wait list and when we got there, we were told there would be a 25−30min. wait, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, had there not been several open tables throughout the restaurant! We were finally seated and the server was fairly quick coming over, but after that I could tell that he got busy as he didn’t come over as much or get back to us as quickly with refills or food. Our soup came out hot and very yummy(although it took time for that come out, like everything else)… then we waited an additional 30−45min. to get our main meal… we even asked twice about it! When it finally came out the food was warm at best, still edible, but not hot by any means… by this time it had taken so long to get our food that we didn’t even bother sending it back. The bottomless shrimp is probably the only thing that came out quickly(once refills were ordered). I spoke to the manager after about how slow everything was and she apologized and mentioned that the kitchen was overwhelmed. She gave me a discount for our next visit, which was nice. I have to say… this place better step up their game, there is a new steak place going in down the street and if they keep it up, they will lose customers to the new place!

The steaks get smaller and smaller with each visit and so do the size while the prices seem like they are always increasing. Not to mention they are understaffed on busy nights and the place is dirty and smells like wet rags. Save yourself some time and go to a proper steakhouse. No Rules, Just Right. More like No Rules, Just Shit

Came in for a birthday, and was seated relatively fast. We put the food in and it took 35 minutes to get to the table on top of that which they served the most embarrassing food(cold, dry, wrong order) Spoke to a manager and they were very kind. At first wanted to reheat the food but later remade the whole order. They also offered a free desert and took a decent percentage off the bill. I’m not sure as to why the food was sitting in the window for so long and why it came out wrong. My guess can only be incompetent cooks.

While I like the rebranding that Outback has done in the last few years, this location lacked in many ways. Our wait for a table was not long for a Saturday night but after that things weren’t too enjoyable. Our server was friendly enough but we had to ask multiple times for extra lemon, water, butter, etc. The food took almost an hour to come out and this put our plans to get to the amphitheater way behind. It’s obvious our food had sat on the line for awhile because most of the steaks were cold. The others in my party did not enjoy most of the meal as well, stating the«Parmesan crust» they offered tasted more like Alfredo that anything. The only enjoyable part was the Mac and cheese side they now offer. While we asked to have our bill as soon as the food came out, it still took 15 minutes to get our cards processed so we could leave. Disappointing that we paid over $ 40 for cold food that left us wanting to seek an alternative snack afterwards.

Very bad experience. Group of 8 and we barely got two pieces of bread. Not one single item was correct. One guy ordered an onion soup and sliced steak; they forgot the onion soup and was brought at the end. Someone else got a steak salad; bowl full of lettuce, barely 1⁄3 lb steak and they forgot the blue cheese. Another ordered ribeye with onion chips; ribeye was half inch tall and overcooked, and they forgot the onion chips and were brought later. I ordered chicken sandwich; the chicken covered half of the bread’s surface. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

I have been to several Outback locations, but this one just doesn’t hit the mark. It was extremely loud and full of teenagers with a huge wait time on a Thursday evening, which should have been the first red flag to maybe seek another dining option for the night. As soon as we were seated I noticed that I sat in some kind of steak sauce that was left on the booth seat, ughhhhh, but I tried my best not to let it bother me. I then ordered my usual Outback sirloin, medium temp, and it came out significantly undercooked. I brought it to our server’s attention, and she took it away and said she would fix it. My husband was almost halfway through his meal when she brought back THESAMEEXACT steak, only this time it was shrunken and tough. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I had our server box it up in case I wanted beef jerky as a midnight snack. Our server was very nice though and clearly felt bad about the kitchen screw up, but no one even bothered to send over a manager, which to me indicates they don’t really care if the customer has a poor experience.

We eat here 2 or 3 times a year. Have always loved it. Recognizing that it is not a fancy steak restaurant, we always felt the food was good and priced reasonably. Last night we went and sat outside. Service slow, food quality has gone way down. Will be a long time before we might go back. Has gotten a «chain» restaurant feeling.

Cesar salad is to die for and keeps me coming back! Their dressing has a bit of a kick somewhat similar to pepper and made with artichoke. Very unique taste I’ve yet to taste anywhere else. Their red wine Sangria(order the pitcher) is made with real fruit, Outback special is my fav and you can never go wrong with a blooming onion!

We had dinner here last night, and there were some issues with our food. The steak my mother ordered was undercooked, so she asked if they could grill it more. Her steak came back, but it barely changed. My chicken sandwich was overcooked, and the cheese fries I ordered with it were soggy & old, much like the kind you’d find in TV dinner. I will say that our server was prompt which is rare for this location. However, we still plan on going to the location on Lantana, in which the food is better, and they are actually able to fix issues with our order.

Went to this outback again this evening for curbside take-away and picked up 2 appetizers. Have to say I was not impressed. We ordered spinach dip and what we got was burnt chips and lukewarm dip that we had to reheat once we got home. We also ordered the Aussie cheese fries and asked for extra cheese and we only got about half the normal amount of cheese. The server did not give us silverware even though it was requested and had to be told twice that we had also ordered drinks. This visit was very disappointing. All the photos here are directly from outback, check the most recent ones that we posted, you’ll see what you’re really getting.
