Eyeglass World

February 18^th I ordered lenses only — paid $ 215 for them including the Protection Plan. Waited a week. On the 24^th they called me to tell me that my lenses came in and to stop by so they can install them. I went through and was told it would be an hour and they would call me when they’re done. I left and drove all the way home. 20 minutes later I get a call and then told that my lenses are being sent back to the manufacturer due to a «giant scratch» on them (Ummm what?!) and that I’ll have to wait another week. Seriously?! I called the next day after thinking it over, and asked if I could get a discount account for the inconvenience or at least something towards a new pair of frames for the near future. I was pretty much told NO. They then told me that my lenses will be in Monday and THEY will call me to let me know. 6:15 Monday Feb 29^th and I waited all day for a phone call — no phone call. I then call them myself and after waiting on the phone for 6 minutes I’m told that my lenses FINALLY made it, but I will now have to wait until Wednesday to have them out on. Wow!
Will not be returning except to pick up my lenses that I waited for for-​2 WEEKS. I’ve been a customer of theirs for YEARS and this is how they treat me. Never again. At least reimburse me something!

This particular store is run by a bunch of idiots! The most unprofessional, uneducated, unfriendly, ghetto ass people I’ve ever come across in a business. Brought my 7 year old in WITH a prescription, we picked out 2 frames within 5 minutes, and then waited about 10 minutes before anyone of those «zombies» they call employees even acknowledged us!!!
When we finally sat with one, who happened to be a manager… it took her over an hour to put our info in the computer!!! even though we’ve been to Eyeglass World before, but a different location.
Every time I asked her if it was going to be much longer, she would tell me the computer booted her off! This happened 3 times! Finally I asked if I can just pay and go… she said no!
To make matters worse, they didn’t have my son’s lenses in stock, she tells me this an hour later… EVEN THOUGH I HAD CALLED TO CHECK BEFORE I EVEN CAME IN!!!
After an hour and a half. .I stormed out of there with my son’s prescription and told the technician /​manager she needed to go take a nap, because she, was literally sleeping behind her desk!!!
This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever almost done business with! !!
NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I was looking for a basic eye exam and this place was very accommodating. Not only was I able to get in the same day I called, but the staff was very helpful and courteous. Will be back to this place for my eyeglasses. Decent selection and good prices. Throw in a friendly and knowledgeable staff and you get a great place to call your eye doctor!

I’ve come to eyeglass world for about 7 years now. Staff is awesome! Place is always nice and spotless clean. Glasses vary in prices but are always buy one get one free. The optometrist charges the cheapest price for eye exams, $ 49. I’m very pleased with the services I’ve received here these past years and will continue to come back. Recommended!!!
