I feel like I wasted my money coming here. I’ve had back pain for a while and I was really hoping they will be able to help me — I was excited at first and then quickly disappointed. The front staff is very nice and the office is nice as well, but for the most part I felt like they were trying too hard to sell me their chiropractic method and saying that healing was a process, meaning they want you to go there 3 times a week for months. How convenient for them that feeling better is such a long and slow process because this place is not cheap.
My insurance didn’t cover them so I was paying out of pocket. Most doctors are willing to give you a better rate in these sort of situations, but not them. When I asked about a discount they simply said no, and smiled. I went to a total of 4 appointments and felt no change whatsoever — I would have given it more time if I had felt the slightest improvement, but I didn’t. Also, the adjustments feel really rushed. You’re there for a while because the other ladies talk to you about your «progress» and healing, and again, this KST method that they use, and make you watch a video, but when you actually see the doctor she is in a rush and she spends a total of 3 – 5 mins with you and she is out to see another patient.
Don’t waste your money, find yourself a traditional chiropractor or go to a physical therapist.

I was doubtful about chiropractic care, at first. Several co-​workers raved about the staff at Van Every, so I decided to give it a try. I had suffered neck and lower back pain for a few years, and taking over the counter pain relief wasn’t going to make the pain go away! I’ve been seeing Dr. Saylor for just a few months now, and I can’t believe how much better I feel! I still have a way to go in my healing process, but with her help I feel like I’m well on my way.
The entire staff is always smiling and welcoming, and I love that they make education a part of their treatment process.
