I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a good sales experience here that I felt compelled to write something.
I was looking for my first snow board and I came here not knowing what to expect. I don’t know very much and I needed some help. I asked the sales associate if he had any recommendations for a beginner board. He stopped what we was doing and spent some time talking to me and asking what I needed and what I was looking for. He chose a few options and then told me why they would be good for me. He told me specific features, and he explained the lingo and benefits in a super easy to digest way. He didn’t make me feel dumb about asking obvious questions and he told me all of the sizing requirements I should look for if I went somewhere else and bought a board. He wasn’t pushy or anything, he didn’t try to shove an expensive board down my throat like the people at REI. He seemed to genuinely care and want to make sure I got the best board for me.
TLDR: I will be going here for all of my snowboarding needs. The staff is great the prices are decent and there is a level of expertise here that you don’t find at the big box stores. They know what they are doing and they want to help you find whats best for you.

Went to look at skates for my son who just turned 8. Salesman was awesome! Very friendly. Ended up buying skates and 3 helmet! The guy was just so friendly, the boys ended up skating for hours! Pretty inexpensive for 3 hrs. Will be going back for sure! :D
