Matt is fantastic and was recommended to us by a former agent who said that hands down this is who she would use. We interviewed a few top rated agents when getting ready to sell in Royal Oak and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of preparation that Matt did in comparison to the others. He knew the information on the comps and unlike the others he knew the neighborhood pricing microclimates. It seemed like the other agents had their secretary’s print out the comps but they hadn’t looked at them until they got to our house. Matt is intelligent, calm, charming and instantly comes across as a friend. Just the type of personality you want in your court during negotiations. I wish we had worked with him when we’d bought our house but at least we found him when we sold.
