Excellent Excellent Excellent! Friendly staff! Deb the Manager is helpful and if she doesn’t have it in the store in your size, she will order it for you. Very understanding when it comes to returns. I purchased a pair of shorts for work and by the middle of my first day wearing them, I was in pain. I return them and Deb refunded me no questions asked. Cosmetically, not the best looking store and surely not the neatest, but If you’re looking for scrubs or other accessories this is a welcoming to shop!

Terrible customer service. I walked in and spotted the one employee on a personal phone call. She did not bother to acknowledge me, just continued to chat away. I approached her and asked if I could try on some items, to which she responded simply by pointing her arm in the direction of the fitting rooms… still while on her phone. Each room was a mess… tons of crumpled clothing items and empty hangers galore. Not a single empty hook to hang my items on.
A short while later I had a question, and as I walked up to the checkout counter where she was on her phone, she walked away from me! As I patiently waited for her, she finished her conversation with, «ugh, I gotta let you go.» When she finally graced me with her attention, she informed me that although Life Uniform is indeed now part of Scrubs and Beyond, their pricing is NOT comparable, and NO, they will not price match. Same shoes at Scrubs and Beyond are $ 10 cheaper. Thanks, but no thanks. I purchase uniforms and shoes often, but I’ll never visit Life Uniform again.
