So now that it’s been another 11 months we tried this location again. No improvement. (1) Still slowww in spite of us being one of two customers in the store. (2) Pop machine dispensed mostly water — not much flavor. (3) «ketchup» if you can call it that was more like tomato water with no seasoning. So bad as to be inedible. (4) Bathroom was gross, smelly, with some kind of residue all over floor and walls. (5) Store does not accept BK app coupons.

I went into the restaurant rather than using the drive-through. The first thing that bothers me about this location is that the parking spaces are so small. Also, the spaces are also very close to where the drive-through is. The service was friendly, efficient than accurate. I didn’t have any issues unlike some of the other Unilocalers. However, the employee did not offer me any condiments but maybe it was because of what I ordered? I didn’t think the service was problematic enough for me to not return.

You can’t expect to much from any fast food restaurant, so the bar is already low. On the good side, I was surprised that my hash browns came with salt on them. Nice for a change as I usually on stop here while on the run. On the bad side, their large coffee is the size of most mediums and this locations combo costs over $ 1.00 more than any other BKing I’ve been to. I don’t expect much, but I will not pay more for it.

They have a timer that counts how long a vehicle is at the window. And instead of letting it record a bad time they’ll just have you pull forward and let you wait for as long as they want to. And then when I get home of course I find out my order is wrong. And the fries are cold And they didn’t give us any condiments

Just went thru the drive thru and the girl working the window was very nasty, I’m not sure what the issue was but she made it clear she didn’t like us !!

I’ve tried this place a couple of times. In the morning and afternoon. Slow both times, didn’t matter if I was the only person there. Today was the icing on the cake for me not going back. I don’t drink pop but decided to get a coke. Tasted awful! I asked if I could just get a cup of water instead and was told I would be charged 25¢ for the water! SERIOUSLY! I sort of understood when she said they couldn’t take the pop back. The the unprompted«its been like that since I started.». What?

service was slow as others have mentioned. They were short staffed. They tried though. Food was just ok.

Worst. Experience. EVER. Sat in line for over 20 minutes(no exaggeration). Got our food — they screwed up the sandwiches somehow. Coffee was cold. Food tasted awful. Will NEVER come back here. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, worst fast food experience of my life.

So this is one of my least favorite reviews I’ve ever had to write. I… love… Burger King. Scratch that. PAST tense. I LOVED Burger King… until about this most recent Friday night. Me being a cheese lover, decided that it would be a great idea to try their new product«The Four-Cheese Whopper». Sounds great right? I take my sandwich back to my work place and dive right into my burger with extra patty with a side of fries and their new«Big King Sauce» I asked for dipping my fries into. A couple of hours later and all of a sudden my stomach is doing flips and turns. Next thing you know I’m running towards my establishments restroom and up comes part of those fries. The whole night I’m in pain and finally the big finale came up around 3am. Nothing but burger, sauces and fries. I have yet to be able to eat anything since but broth but I don’t recommend anyone eating at this Burger King nor their«Four Cheese» poison… ever. I heard this location was under new management but someone needs to get a hold of the reigns and fast because I highly doubt I was the only one this happened too that day. I guarantee that I nor the folks who surround me will ever be eating here again. If I could give this a negative 4 stars for my awesome bout of food poisoning I would but since 1 is the lowest I will have to settle. Although… if you’re looking for a quick weight loss method then by all means *points to above address*

I’m used to Burger King being the slowest fast food but I accept it knowing they make the food when you order. After getting my food, at this location, the fries were not finished cooking and I found a hair in them that was definitely not mine. Also, my frappé was just kind of unappetizing… there were just blobs of whipped cream and chocolate on top… no care or attention to the food.

YAY, after being torn to the ground and after an interminable waiting period, my go-to BK is open again! Has anything changed? Well, hopefully there will be less vehicular scrapes against the building… anyone who visited the old drive-through knows that swinging around to the first(and only) window could be ridiculously tight. And the parking lot was a hot mess during a meal-rush. So here’s to streamlining! Employees are still friendly, although going inside seems to yield faster service than the drive-through *sigh*… All-in-all, though, the convenience of having a BK so close perks me right back up again, and I’m glad they’re open again!

Let me start off by saying that this review is for the new remodeled version. The staff is what you’d expect, typical fast food workers. Exterior is nice. Interior is fancy new ageish. The food is great. Especially the day I went the oil was still new and the food was fresh. Enjoy.

This may be the worst Burger King in the history of fast food. I can’t believe they spent all that money remodeling this place and didn’t improve the food or the service. Just like before the remodeling, their hash browns are served at room temperature. If you ask for hot ones, they have you pull around and wait for 10 minutes while they make them. And this morning was the final straw: for fifth(FIFTH!) time in two months I pulled up and ordered a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and was told«We’re out of biscuits.» How does a restaurant with the word«BREAKFAST» right on the sign regularly run out of one of their primary breakfast ingredients? Finally, I got online to look up the phone number so that I could complain to the manager directly, and the phone number that’s listed on every site for them is disconnected. This operation is completely half-ass in every way. So in summary: cold food, limited menu, and no way to complain about it because their phone is unlisted. I’m only giving this place one star because giving them zero stars isn’t an option.

service was very friendly and informative — even though he did say there were onions on the salad and there were none. The Chicken — BLT was decent — chicken not dried out — usual shredded white and yellow cheese, a few tomatoes, real bacon, bag of croutons, did like the Ken’s avacado, ranch dressing — mostly iceberg lettuce — but fresh — kinda pricey at $ 6.41 — the chicken nuggets on the other had(had coupon were free) basically AWFUL — dried and lukewarm.
