I was having problems installing Nest thermostats on a dual-​zone furnace. According to Nest’s website, installation on dual-​zone furnaces can by tricky, but should work. I selected this service provider as a Nest-​certified installer with 5 star reviews. He came to my house and determined Nest would not work for me. He charged $ 90 for the service call. After he left, I continued to try to get the thermostats to work and was ultimately successful. I called Air Serv of SE Michigan back and asked for my money back. They would not refund my money, but offered to do a «free» servicing of my furnace instead. We made an appointment for them to service the furnace. They did not show up for the appointment or return calls thereafter.
