I saw Aiello about ten years ago. I came back this year because my experience before was good. The place has completely changed — completely money centric. I paid 90 bucks to get«stretched». I didn’t even get to see Dr. Aiello. When I asked how I could see him, they said I needed to make another visit that would entail x rays. I agreed and thought I wanted to be safe. When I went back, I got to see Dr. Aiello bit it was different. There wasn’t much relief in my pain after my visit. Plus the entire time he kept talking and talking about himself: «my pseudo father is a great Japanese swords man», «I am the only chiropractor on the umich sports medicine team«,» I played collegiate tennis«, «I used to be a semi professional boxer» Jeeezzuss! Who cares! Talked my ear off. What’s worse, I asked them for a note to give to my gym to cancel my membership. My gym is one of those that require a written doctor note. Aiello said he needed to see me again to write one! Ridiculous. I’m not saying it doesn’t work. I’m just saying the culture and customer service there is terrible. I’m finding someone else.

Dr. Aiello changed my life 2 years ago! I don’t know why I haven’t written this earlier! Debbie the woman that stretches you out– is amazing! She is the nicest, sweetest woman I have ever met! Dr. Aiello is an amazing man, I love to hear him talk about life and the higher power above! When him and Debbie put their hands on you it isn’t like your a patient it’s like a euphoric feeling sent from above!!! You will walk straight, breathe without hurt, and smile again! My only thing is one of the receptionists– is horrible!!! But I do not hold that against them because the service you receive here is top notch!!! O! And did I forget to Debbie’s baked goods– my god fantastic!!! My husband and I fly from Florida to see them as often as we can– so that I think says a lot!!!
