I live right around the corner from this gas station and they’ve always been great. and I’m a woman. during the day.

Ok I have never written anything about gas stations. But I see it’s time to speak about their customer service. So I go to purchase gas at Sunoco gas station at the corner of Crooks/​12 mile rd. I go inside because I’m using my visa debit card, and I have cash I would like to make use of also. I say hello to the employee and state the amount to put on my card, and give him my cash. (he never spoke back) I go pump my gas and notice the pump stops, so I wait thinking the pump will reset for my cash amount. As I’m standing at my car, the employee waves me in. He says you only asked for so much. I said yes a certain amount on my card, and I gave you so much in cash. He then tells me no you didn’t say that amount raising his voice. I then said look you were really not paying me much attention when I came in so please just admit you made an mistake, and please put the rest on my card. He then raises his voice again and tells me to calm down. I told him I’ve been calm your the one who’s upset. I just want to get my gas and go about my day. He then tells me while getting the receipt, I’m the owner and I don’t make mistakes. I told the owner it’s a shame you don’t know about customer service, but I’ll be sure use the gas station across the street. He then tells me «I don’t care». I left, and pumped my gas.
I’m more shocked the owner is the ass! I’m not going to state his raise, but his demeanor clearly has no respect for women. As I thought back he was very polite to all the men who came in prior to me and afterwards. I could have acted an ass with him, but I thought about it. He’s not worth the time or energy, I had just left the gym from a wonderful work out. I laughed in my head his horrible looking teeth are his punishment. How are you the owner, but your teeth look as if you don’t have dental insurance. (I know that’s mean) but damn his teeth looked a hot mess, maybe he’s not getting any due to his teeth, and that’s why he’s in such a funky mood!?!
