I’ve ordered somewhere around 50 pizzas from here over the last decade or so. Always good. While I prefer to make my own pizza, I enjoy Papa Johns out of all the chains. This location has always been good to me. The cheese sauce has a slight kick and is great with breadsticks. The honey Chipotle wings are stellar.

Seriously disgusted. Ordered my kids a pizza and breadsticks. The ever present pepperoncini had a bite mark in it. Like, you could see tooth indentations. So gross. I called to complain, but the manager was unable to come to the phone. Threw the pizza out because that little chomped on pepper was probably rolling all around that box. I filed a complaint online; a few days later I had a missed phone call from the Papa John’s in Roy. No message, nothing. So disappointed. We will never order from this place again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally found a chunk of wood in my pizza last night (I bit into it). So disgusting! I called and they literally did nothing, no I’m sorry no let us make it up to you, nothing. Just a «oh ok I’ll tell my main manager». Pathetic, really. No customer service at all. I always ordered papa johns in vegas (we just moved here) but now I’ll reconsider seeing as this is the closest location.
