I ordered the 3 piece fish plate with slaw and fries. So good! Pretty sure they put crack in their tarter sauce. Yum! It’s homemade and delicious. Everything was cooked to order, and just took a few minutes to fry up the fish and fries. Fish is big, juicy, and beyond flavorful. So glad I found this place!

Amazing fish. I’m completely hooked, and impressed with the price. I don’t know how this menu stays so cheap. The place isn’t clean and forget the restroom but Lee’s truly has THEBESTPRICESANDREALLYGREATFOOD!

Wow, I’ve driven by this place for 10 years and never stopped. We finally did, and I’m amazed(yet a little irritated it took us so long to try it). The prices are amazing. I can feed my family of 4 for under $ 25. Loooove the rice here.

This place is what it is… Surprisingly low prices and solid food. No credit cards accepted and service isn’t speedy but I’m giving it high marks.

Its a small place ran by the owner and his wife. Mr. Lee is a kind gentleman and knows what I always order. They have been here for quite sometime, the food is quite cheap and delicious. If you’ve got some mouths to feed I would go here! Fish and shrimp is where its at plus the fried rice makes the meal.

I’ve driven by here many times and this place has been here for as long as I remember. I decided to look them up on Unilocal and found favorable reviews so wanted to give then a try. I give this a solid 3.5 stars. Pros: fairly simple menu(chicken, fish, seafood) with sides of fries, coleslaw, or rice. Excellent prices. Friendly owner but really hard to understand. Seating was better than must people complained about. Rice was good, breading on fish and shrimp was good. I loved the shrimp. I loved their homemade tarter and cocktail sauce Cons: slow service but there was one guy who cooked and took orders. I didn’t dock for this because it is what it is. Low prices? Keep labor cost down, I’ll take it! Halibut was dry and not seasoned. Rice was pretty bland but looked good. Overall a good cheap place. I’ll try the chicken next time and will get the shrimp again. I don’t think this is as divey looking as people have said. It was a cool place. I did love that the food was not greasy at all. It was cooked in oil but no dripping in grease.

Love this food. Fish cooked perfectly. Kind of a dump however but the low price makes up for it.

Don’t let the building fool you, this place is phenomenal! We had the jumbo tempura fried shrimp with coleslaw and fries. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and both the cocktail sauce and tarter sauce excellent. I think the owner makes them. The fries were hot and fresh and the coleslaw was a revelation, finely chopped and so delicious, creamy, and wonderful. We wondered why it wasn’t packed. If you are craving shrimp and slaw, this is the place to go. We would have paid twice the price, enthusiastically!

This place is friggen amazing! Super yummy, big portions, and very cheap for my family of five. The fried chicken and jumbo shrimp are my absolute favorites! This is the best place to take my family when they’re craving for fried Asian food. Everything comes streaming HOT and CRISPY, with big cups of sauces to dip it in including sweet and sour sauce. The rice is pretty decent but hey, you can’t have everything! Lee’s is always a very good friend to our stomachs :)

Great lunch fare. Before going to Lee’s make sure you have cash, they don’t take credit cards. Also you’d better go to the bathroom and wash up, they don’t have that option either. The fish is great, the rice is fair, the chowder is pretty good, and the prices are astoundingly low. It is as if somebody took a menu from the early 80’s and forgot to change the prices. Lunch specials are less than $ 4 and only $ 5 with a drink. For the type of food you are getting that is pretty crazy low. A lot of people order ahead on the phone and take their orders to go, which is a good idea since they take a bit more time than fast food to complete your order. The ambiance is odd, this is the most quiet restaurant that I have ever eaten at. They don’t play music, and none of the other patrons talk. There are a lot of people that get a lunch and just surf on their phones, but hardly anybody says anything. The owner is on site, always a plus for me, and does the cooking. His wife takes orders, fills them, and is the cashier in the busy hours. This place is a little strange, but I truly enjoy my food every time and I think you will too.

Great food at a very good price. This is one of our favorite restaurants – we’ve been customers for over 20 years. Not fancy but the food and service are great.

I was introduced to this place by an older lady at work, and who would have knew this place have been here for the past 30+ years?! Everything just looks classic and small, which almost takes you back to the 70s. The seats are a bit small, and can only probably fit one big guy or two small gals. The whole place ran by just an old Asian couple with Lee as family name. For lunch, almost every menu item can be purchased under $ 5, which is an extremely rare thing at any established restaurants nowadays. Most menu option consist of their Fried Fish, there are more expensive Halibut options instead of regular Cod fish, and it is more of a personal preference. The fish pieces are decent size, and the fish portion is more than places that charged me twice as much. The breading was light while fish was still moist, perfectly fried fish. For sides you can choose between rice and fries if you want a fish & chips experience. Water was $ 0.50. Lee’s Fish & Rice is definitely a local cheap eat vintage destination, and I do not believe any other place in the area or even the state has them beat at this price-quality ratio. They only accept cash only(so be prepare), and I suppose that stayed since the beginning as well.
