Uptown Dance Center

I put my daughter in this dance center and she had a blast performing and made friends so I’ll give it two stars for that. But… it’s very unorganized she needs a secretary to handle the administrative aspects. My biggest issue was her payment process I added my card on file for automatic payments so it would be 1 less thing to worry about… her system screwed up and didn’t charge my card for certain months and charged it for other months. I didn’t receive any notice of missed payments, yet I got charged late fees for late payments when her system screwed up. 2^nd issue, fundraiser which I raised more than enough money for we were supposed to recieve some prizes for… not once but twice we didn’t receive anything. 3^rd issue… I personally think that if a class starts at 930 you should open up shop at 15 min prior to set up. Over all I think she’s super unorganized and needs help running the place, bc clearly not everyone has multitasking and organizational skills.

Horrible. Unprofessional. If you want your child to learn in a responsible environment. .this is not the place. Disgusted with this place of business and their idea on how to run a business. These kids want to dance not be charged late fees when some things up with YOUR system and the nonsense. Dancing is not this company’s motive, money is

Uptown Dance center is a great place that I would highly recommend for anyone interested to check out. The studio is nice and everyone around are both friendly and welcoming. Another great thing is that the teachers really care to help perfect techniques, make students well rounded in different genres of dance, and also do their best to show you a great time throughout the session!
