I don’t get my meat anywhere else — they have lamb, beef, pork, chicken, and turkey, and it is all outstanding. Their sausages and bacon are delicious. May favorite sausage is the chicken apple, and I have yet to try the elusive breakfast sausage. I buy from them at the New Canaan farmer’s market, but they are available in quite a few other towns as well. It is so great to have butcher who knows his food from the beginning to the end, and takes pride in the quality.
