2×150 $ King Size Comforter sets STOLEN? I couldnt believe this ! — When i Dropped off my blankets in the morning, the guy told me instead of paying all this money to have them washed he will help me put them in and i just have to come back and put them to dry. Very Helpful i thought. So he even helped me enter the blankets and pillows and 16 $ later they were washing. I had to go to work so i left it figured there are plenty of washers ppl can use if anything they can just put it in a bin ill get back to it later. NOPE. Came back a few hours later there was another person working and refused to help me. I asked him where is my stuff and he shrugged his shoulders and continued to eat. I asked him where is the guy that was working this morning, he shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to eat. I am telling him my stuff is nowhere to be found can he check in the back to see if the other guy may have set it aside for me… He said NO ! Completely oblivious to the fact that he has a JOB to do and refused to show any type of respect or customer service. So i have tried calling to get to a manager but no luck and for all i know the nice guy that helped me that morning probably put my stuff away but i wouldnt know because they wont help me out. I just say go to a better neighborhood with better people that know customer service and STAYAWAY !

This is a letter I wrote to the regional manager and left on their website. My name is Ana V. I went to Laundromax on March 14, 2015 around 11am at the 104 Warren St, Boston, MA. I writing this statement today to describe what I feel is deplorable customer service. First of all I arrive from Providence to Ruggles station where I brought my laundry with me. My boyfriend, who I am visiting for the weekend, picks me up and drives me over to the laundry mat. I walk in and tried to ask the only attendant about the free 20 lbs. wash promotion going on this month. He addresses me while he is on the phone with a pizzeria I assume since he was telling them over his ever present headset what he wanted for lunch while talking to me. This confused me since he gave no indication he was on a personal phone call. While he places his lunch order, while I wait for him to guide me, he honors the coupon for the March promotion. Then, my boyfriend brings his own coupon to him but the attendant tells him that he cannot honor it because we walked in together. Now at this point, I was already loading my clothing in to the washer and I over hear this. I turned around and say that I reside in Providence and my boyfriend resides in Boston and that both of our licenses will show proof of that. He said no and that the camera is on him and therefore he does not want to get in trouble if management ever looks at the video. Please tell me this is not true? This is unacceptable! To further show his lack of knowledge of his job, my boyfriend asked for guidance on how to fill the detergent reservoirs for the bigger washers this Laundromax location has since the reservoirs look different from the rest of the washers and the guide on the machine. The attendant’s response was«man, just put it all in there. It will wash fine». Just in case you were wondering, no it was not fine. My boyfriend clothes did not wash well! Honestly, how can you be proud to run this location with the kind of people you employ? I have never, ever, in all the cities and laundry mats I have visited encounter such disgusting, incompetent behavior. I get you are a business and you are trying to make a profit in any way you can but if the only way you are making a profit is by retaining unfit employees, then you are managing your business incorrectly and you just lost two customers. I hope that with this statement we can reach a favorable resolution and to be completely transparent, I will post this review on Unilocal. Best, Ana
