Ultra Clean Carpet DFW

I wish I had found these reviews before purchasing this groupon. The same thing that happened to Shelby happened to me. NO SHOW… I had an appointment and no one ever showed. They did not answer my calls or my text. I called to reschedule and tell them how unhappy I was and my complaints were ignored! Awful company, find someone else.

If I could give a negative star I would. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company before, clearly the customer service does not matter. I called and made an appointment a week In advance and was assured they would be here at 9am. When the day came nobody showed up by 10:00am so I had to call them! I was told they would call me and let me know when they heard from the cleaner. 12:30 came and I never heard from them… So I had to call again! They asked if they could reschedule. After voicing my concerns I was assured they would be here today, Saturday at 10am and that they would call when they were on the way. Well 11am came and guess what… No show, no call. So I called them, again but this time no answer. It is not 4pm and I have not received a call back from my message… Nothing. If a company truly cares then they can at least call out of courtesy and respect. Instead they wasted another one of my days… Which time on the weekend is priceless. I already purchased the package on groupon and am asking for a refund because clearly the company won’t call me anytime soon. So unless you want to waste your time… Go with another company.

I have never been more dissatisfied than I am with the cleaning services of this company. My carpets don’t look any cleaner than when I vacuum them; the only difference is now they have a matted feel and look. Rather than feeling/​looking clean it seems like someone just dumped a lot of water on them and left it to set in. I even called to tell them how unhappy I am with their service and they said they would have someone back out that same afternoon; several voicemails and days later I have yet to hear back or have this issue resolved. Please save your money and call anyone else before this company!

Were able to come the same day I called.
Fast and friendly. Very down to earth. Explained how they were going to clean my carpets. No high pressure upsales.
