Nice enough people at the outset, but the customer service after completion just isn’t as good as they tout in their sales pitch. Sort-of feel like mild bait-and-switch tactics were used to sell the deal(not that we weren’t starry-eyed and willing). Builder talked poorly about a couple of its current clients who had called in while the builder was at our house.(Hindsight is 20/20, this should have been a red flag.) Four months in and our mastic had pulled from the sides but was«not under warranty». Seven months in and part of the deck had already shifted and cracked but, again, was«not under warranty». This isn’t necessarily the builder’s fault, however, if I ever build another pool, I’d take a much closer look at the builder, its customer service record, its subcontractors, and I’d pay much more attention to references. What everyone tells you is correct: you can never do too much homework before installing a pool. Buyer beware and research, research, research.
