I bought a used refrigerator here and eventually I realized it was sold to me without a fan and bracket. I contacted the owner, who told me that was not possible. I wasn’t going to post a review here until the owner refused to take responsibility. I wasn’t even asking for any compensation at all, just letting him know there was a failure somewhere in the refurbishing process. I had already decided to just eat the cost of the repair guy.
I wanted to like this place. The woman who sold me the appliance was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The refrigerator was clean and reasonably priced. But whoever refurbished this fridge didn’t do their job, and put it up for sale without checking that it was complete. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place. I’ll never know if he would have accepted responsibility had I realized this before my 90-​day warranty was up. He immediately told me that my concerns were impossible, so I doubt it. A similar review on Google also suggests that he wouldn’t.
