This probably the worst fuzzys I’ve ever been to. The food wasnt fresh as it normally is, it smells like theyve had wet dogs running through the place. There needs to be a leadership and crew change apparently. Its bad when taco bell soubds better than eating at this particular location again.

Terrible. F. Rude and careless attitude from the people working here. The food I CALLEDINANDPRE-ORDERED was cold, wrong and missing items. I waited 20 minutes at the location for my food AFTER calling the order in 10 minutes before. This place has gone to the shitter. I’ve wasted my money and time here for the last time.

I’ve had horrible experiences the last 3 times I have been here. We told them up front my husband is allergic to shrimp that was wanted the fish tacos and we get our food and sit down, he takes a bite and guess what. it’s not fish it is shrimp. Luckily he didn’t swallow it and I had his medication with us. but we told the management and they didn’t even say sorry or seem to care. The other two times it’s just been horrible service and the shredded beef is so salty we couldn’t eat it, and the fish was dried out. I don’t think we will come back here. Well not to this one I have had great experiences with other locations though.

Called in an order for a shredded beef salad and queso. After 15 minute wait, paid for order and told it would another 5minutes. I was then told they were out of queso and offered me salsa. The shredded beef was cold. After years of eating fuzz’s this was by far the very worst location I have ever had! I would rather eat taco Bell than food from this location

I love fuzzy’s but this location has awful service. They only had one girl working the front register on a Saturday night. We waited over an hour just to get a margarita.

Tacos were delicious! But service was iffy. Had to check order for special requests and then have it remade when it was wrong. The final product was delicious but we also ended up being shorted a taco from our order. Overall good food, but check your order before you eat or take it to go.

I don’t know what happened place I’ve been coming here from California, once or twice a year, this time of year for the last six years and tonight was a complete let down. My order of chips were so stale they had to go back, currently no one orders chips here. Then… Take a look at the picture to see the nasty beans that came with my order. You will see why, for fear of wondering how long the rest of the food had been sitting around, I asked for my money back and left. Fuzzy Failure!!!

We have been in the Rowlett area for about two years now. I went to Fuzzy’s the first time shortly after moving here, and there was nothing really memorable about the food or service. Flash forward to this past week and we decided to give it another try. We walk in and the place is not even half way full. I order about 4 tacos and a chips and queso for me and the wife for a quick bite, we grab out drinks sit down and wait… And wait and wait and wait. You get the point. So approximately 40 minutes later after I notice people behind me are getting their food I go and ask for the status of the order. I take my ticket up to the front counter and guy says sorry place is pretty full and were busy(which is not true). I let him know I have a small order and it shouldn’t really take that long. So he says I’ll check it for you and takes my ticket that I showed him. He comes back and says your order is next up, but doesn’t bring back my ticket I presented. So I ask him for the ticket and he says the kitchen has it, and I immediately asked if they lost my order and he says yes. I ended up getting my money back and walking out. One of the worst eating or non eating experiences I’ve had in a while.

Went for fish tacos tried grilled and fried. Very fishy tasting. Tortillas were raw not toasted. Guacamole good. Chips have chili powder dusted on them. Not my taste. They gladly exchanged them. Would have Loved pickled red onions on top.

Love this Fuzzys location. It’s never too busy and the staff is nice. Food is always delicious. Try the shredded pork nachos or the chorizo breakfast tacos!

I don’t know why I have come back, but I won’t again. This place is always disappointing. Food is bland. «Butt burning sauce» is hardly any different than vinegar and tomato sauce and has as much burn as a scallion.

This particular location of Fuzzys tacos is just not that good… this is the second time I’ve been there and the food has been mediocre at best. I ordered shrimp tempura nachos and they came out cold and soggy. When I sent them back they came out hot and soggy. I will stick with the Garland Road location from now on

I pick this over Torchy’s for several food reasons, although I give the nod to Torchy’s on ‘best logo.’ Love Fuzzy’s breakfast tacos; how can you go wrong with eggs, shrimp, and cheese? But you HAVE to try the shredded chicken nachos! These are worth the trip; they are different than any other place — and AWESOME!

Came here after a ride and ordered a shrimp taco that had three pieces of shrimp. Tortillas was cold and just overall bad experience. The only good was the front register person that was very polite.

We love Fuzzys tacos. Always great hot and fast food. Do believe it’s one of the best chain restaurants in dfw. However, we ate at the Rowlett location today. First time here. Service is terrible, employees wearing their hats backwards and don’t care attitudes. I can deal with that… But when our food comes and it’s cold. From the tortillas to the queso, it’s unacceptable. And if your still reading this, just look over the kitchen counter at the floor and stove area… It’s nasty, filthy dirty ground is covered in food. YUMMY… Not! We will still eat at other locations but never return to this location! Will forward this to corporate.

No pork, no crispy tacos, no diet coke, no Dr pepper. Manager needs to be fired. You cannot run a restaurant without product. Food is great.

I have always enjoyed a Quick bite of texmex, frozen margarita & service at fuzzy’s restaurant in Rowlett Tx . However i’m sad to say the food has gone downhill the quesadillas and nachos are unrecognizable Tex-Mex some substance of white cheese on it. Too much sour cream mixed in. The Sharp lime margaritas I’ve always loved taste like some type of powder substance with no alcohol. I returned my drink and ask for the fuzzies margaritas. Yuk ! That one was worse it taste like sweet Orange cough syrup. I returned that drink to the counter without comment or without even asking for my money back. Comment to current manager who insinuate I didn’t know what a Margarita taste like… I have been drinking margaritas Long before he was even born. On a good note the service was still fast. F. Good, quick tacos. Very inexpensive. Drinks are huge so just share one. I got the beef fajita salad, and it was very good. I was stuffed. According to the stuff on the walls they’re a big supporter of the local high school, which is good to see.

This place is conveniently located near Rowlett fields. On nights that my boyfriends softball team had a break between games, we’ll stop in here to grab a quick meal. The food is very good and always comes out fresh. Items are made as you order. The shrimp favor are my favorite. They’re light but filling. The chorizo and egg tacos are also really great and they’re pretty huge. I’m a small person but I can put away three Fuzzy tacos on my own! If you’re gluten free they do have corn tortillas. Just make sure to ask for them because most of the tacos come with flour tortillas. The staff isn’t very friendly or helpful here. More often than not they seem annoyed to have to talk to people. The restaurant itself tends to be a bit messier than I would have expected. You are supposed to throw away your own food and most people do. But the staff rarely cleans the booths. On more than one occasion we have had to wipe down a booth to sit or wander around looking for one that wasn’t horribly dirty with food remains. Not a bad place to go if you’re in a hurry and need a quick meal.
