I lived very close to this location so I thought I dropped by to get some advise on getting my double eyelids done. Wave was very accommodating throughout the whole process so I ended up getting the surgery done here. Dr ho did a good job on my surgery and I was very happy that their nurse Jenny was very gentle when taking out my stitches. I am super thankful to Wave for making my double eyelids so pretty!!!

I was very happy with dr ho and Isabel for providing me such good service for my double eyelid surgery. I was a bit skeptical about this place because there were other plastic surgery offices near by, but Wave was the most professional and trustworthy out of all the offices. I would recommend them to all my friends and I will be visiting them often from now on

I highly recommend this place for surgery related services! Isabel and dr ho took good care of me and my double eyelid surgery an were attentive during the follow up. This location is a bit far from where I live but I am willing to make the drive.

I am so happy one of my girlfriend referred me to Dr. Lee! My whole experience with this clinic is perfect. My consultation with Isabel was helpful and she made my mind clear about everything I need to know about the surgery. As a result, I am very happy about the result of double eyelid surgery now.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! Seriously they need to shut this location down. This office gives this entire company a bad reputation. The service and incompetence of the receptionists are INCREDIBLE. I just called because my mom’s eye is in a lot of pain, draining and burning. Not only did they not ask what surgery my mom had all she told me was that that’s normal and all offices are closed so wait till Monday.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had horrid service form this branch. I had coolscultping on my arms and the lady just left me there and I waited 45 mins after treatment before I can reach anyone. I had to call them to get her to come assist me. I even pressed the emergency button 6 times and called the front twice! Come the second arm and 10 mins after treatment I STILL had to phone her.

Came in for my consultation and was not impressed with my consultation with Isabel. With my bad experiences and the excessive amount Isabel quoted me I wanted make sure this was the best procedure for me and what it would entail. It’s a lot to invest in. She was not able to answer my questions directly and was condescending, impatient, and even short with me. Maybe because I was young and not interested in the most expensive package she was offering, that instead of wanting to help me she wanted our meeting to end and she even mention in Mandarin I was annoying (though I believe she thought I did not understand) .
She also informed me she would call me back, after she checked with doctors because she was not able answer all my questions, it’s been more than 2 weeks and still not a follow up phone call.
Front desk was nice, but the consultant really disappointed me. I hope they can find a new consultant more professional who doesn’t call their customers names and most importantly that can make you feel comfortable or safe in the procedure your getting and take the time answer your questions. Very disappointing because I heard about Wave from my friends, but they have many other places that do the same treatment, so hopefully the services are better there.

Ripoff had to go back 2x because bottox administered by dr lee did not work first visit had over 12 units was charged $ 10 per unit second visit 10 days later the dr said you need more so he administered 18 units I was charged $ 12.50 I asked why I was informed that prices change it would have been nice to let the patient know. Still 0 lift called back mind you by now I have spent over $ 500. Called back they asked me to go in so the dr can take a look. Saw another dr he recommended a different injection site he said its free since I’m unhappy. Guess how many units he gave me 1.5 on each side. What a joke I will discus with the better business bureau

It’s been a year since my mom’s facelift surgery and I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and Isabel (Rowland Height’s consultant) and his team highly enough! Me and my mom researched doctors for many many years and went to too many consultations prior landing at Wave. I was very picky about the doctor that is going to operate on my mom, mainly because I am in healthcare myself, so I want to feel 100% confident before allowing any professional to operate on my mom. None of other plastic surgery places took as much time and put in details to explain to me and my mom, but Isabel was able to vividly describe how the surgery will exact work step by step. Ex: which part of muscle Dr. Lee will adjust, which part of skin will be cut off due to loose skin. Then, we had another consultation with Dr. Lee and first, he was very friendly and professional, he describe the best way to operate for my mom and give her the look she desired. Dr. Lee made me and my mom feel 100% confident and comfortable going into surgery.
Follow-​ups were equally as attentive and caring by Dr. Lee’s staffs. At Wave, they made sure my mom physically and emotionally was healing well. They truly cared about how their patients heals and will do anything for my mom to have a faster recovery. Isabel even gave my mom some free machine facial treatment after the surgery to make bruises go away faster! Thank you so much Isabel and your whole team!
Isabel which is one of Dr. Lee’s consultant is the most straightforward and nice person will you ever meet. She will tell you straight up what’s good for you and what’s not. She will not push you to do any procedures or surgeries that does not have good outcome for you. I think that’s super important, because most of other consultant that I have dealt with at other plastic surgery will push you to do more and more and more procedures! Isabel will give you her cell phone and even add you on any type of messenger so you can text or call her anytime with any questions. She answered all my pre and post op questions in very timely manner!
Overall, the level of care at Wave is amazing. I can tell professionalism and attentiveness is a big part of Wave.

Came in this morning for a consultation and was not impressed with the wait time. I was the only one in the waiting area besides the ladies that work there. I still waited 20 min for some unprofessional consultant to call me in. Not a good place to go to for a consultation. Need some one that’s more educated about liposuction. Will keep looking.

First of all I have to say I should call and make a appointment first to avoid the waiting time.
I walked in last Tuesday after I had lunch with my friend, because I always heard from my friends talk about how amazing of injection I really wanna try it. When I walked in the front desk told me I may have to wait a while without the appointment because their schedule of the day is really full. I wait about 1 hr and half (during the waiting their staffs keep checking on me, offer me the drink and I really appreciate that) to see their consultant Isabel.
Isabel is a great & knowledgeable consultant, she’s not selling & convincing me to try or buy their treatment. She’s explaining to me how and why this treatment working on me, and what kind of result that I will have.
I wait a bout a week to verify the result of the injection on my nose to write a fair review. Now I can say they really did a great job on me, a pretty nose give me more confidence. I am considering to have a surgery to keep my nose like this forever, this time I will remember to make appointment first.

I was recommended to come here to get my eyelid surgery a couple months ago and I wanted to wait until I saw the results of my procedure to write this review. I am very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very nice and the consultant answered all of my questions. The doctor who did my surgery was very attentive to my concerns which made me feel more at ease. The only complaint I would say is the wait at the office because they are packed with people and that surgery center I had to go to was in downtown LA.

I came here for the chin injection today. All the staffs were very nice and helpfull, the nurse who call Summer did a good job on me as well. Except the reception who put me waiting for a long time, due to she was busy and on the phone all the time.

I had a failed nose job 2 years ago in Korea. It makes quite uncomfortable to breath. Someone recommended me that wave can fix this issue so I made the appointment with Isabel. Her office is in an old plaza. The only problem was I had to wait for almost an hour until I met her. But the first few minutes made me believe that I could finally breath freely. We quickly set up an surgery in the downtown surgery center. I didn’t feel any pain during the surgery. The recovery didn’t take long as well. I would recommend Dr. Lee. if anyone has the same problem like me!!!

I went there for a consultation of my double eyelid surgery. I heard of Wave from one of my friend who told me that they have a friendly customer service and great doctors as well. The first impression I had when I arrived the plaza where it locates I find it’s a little bit of depressing for me. That’s an old plaza with lots of Chinese restaurants. The wave is in the second floor, and I find myself a little more worried since the stairs were dirty, seemed like lack of maintenance. But once you entered its lobby it looked pretty clean and their nurses greeted me right away. I was consulted by Isabel. I could tell she is very professional, answered all my questions and offered me a lot of advises. That made me believe it’s a right choice to choose this surgery center. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a plastic surgery!!!

I came today to get some injections done for the first time. I talked to Isabel (consultant) and she was very nice and helpful! She answered all my questions and told me what I needed. I wanted to get my injection done by the Doctor but sadly they weren’t in today. Lesson learned, always call them first to make an appointment. However, the nurse did a good job on me though! I will come back again for sure if I need a touch up later on. Pros: clean place, love the décor!, the staffs are very friendly, very knowledgable consultant. Cons: parking lot get packed in the afternoon, wait time (well it’s my bad since I don’t have an appointment…).

I think Isabelle is an excellent consultant and she recommends the best for her clients. Unlike many other beauty center that would be hard selling on products and services the client does not necessary need. Plus the interior and place is really clean and neat. Therefore, this place deserves a 5 stars.

I came here because They were close by…
The receptionists and nurses are fairly friendly. I had a little issue with the Botox not working. At first, I turned into a pissy diva! When I called they told me I would have to re-​pay because I did not sign paperwork allowing them to take a photo. Might I add they were also really freaking rude.
But, when I went to the the location IN PERSON with my mother she explained what went wrong. That’s right, I will sic my mommy on your if you make me mad!
We showed them my frown lines, that didn’t even go away. They did a touch up. But, I still had to pay half price — lame.
I won’t be coming here again. I’ve found a WAY better place. But, at least my first experience at Botox wasn’t that much of a nightmare…
P. s. you should let them take pictures and specify you don’t want to be in their ads if you want free touch ups when things don’t work. I wish they would have explained that to me! Ugh otherwise you need to pay loads money…

i came here with someone for a breast consultation. the plaza looks depressing and when you go upstairs to get to Wave, the walkway is dirty, there’s a nail salon that you will pass and it looks depressing in there as well. theres also a chinese restaurant that may or may not have any customers inside. this review is based on the interior of Wave as i have no personal experience with it or its doctors. i like the chaise and sofa that they have, the chandelier’s nice too. and their bathroom is clean.
