The handcrafted espresso drinks are usually delicious at this location, HOWEVER… the baristas at this location are not up to par with the ones on Fairway/Colima. The cashier was extremely condescending as she was calling out a customer’s order. This specific customer was in the bathroom as her order was being called out. So obviously she wouldn’t be able to retrieve her hot chocolate from the bar. The lady was literally only in the bathroom for like a few mintues.

Conveniently located. Friendly service. First time visiting this branch. Surprised that there were only two electrical outlets!!! Why Starbucks? Was planning to study here tonight but will not return to this particular branch in the future.

I think Starbucks is good. I think the coffee drinks r good. There are different kinds of coffee drinks. There are also snacks.

Parking is a nightmare in the am, long lines… and all these people who haven’t had their coffee yet… Now they got rid of two of my fave drinks. I’ll go to McDs and deal with that crap instead.

They were short staffed so it took a bit longer to order. I got my friend coffee and well it tasted like coffee so the barista did a nice job there. The barista was also very friendly. However, I do think they should have more than one person working. It would be more efficient because one person can work the cashier while the other makes the drink. Instead of holding up the line by having one person on the cashier and also making the drinks(which is what it was like when I came). It makes customers wait longer in line which normally isn’t a problem for me, but my friend and I were in a bit of a hurry.

I can’t believe I’m actually going to say this… but this particular Starbucks is horrible. I waited 10 min for my drinks while the barista just chatted and was extremely slow… even after I told her that I was in a bit of a rush. Smh. I would understand if it was crazy busy, but it wasn’t.

Had some awesome people watching here today. Everyone was so friendly, the workers, the customers… From the guy who looked like Kramer –loose button up with slacks and that unmistakably Kramer hair! The guy who practically moved in, all his gear and his adorable sleeping chihuahua in an unzipped backpack… And all the locals, just a great atmosphere. I was so relaxed I actually forgot my purse, when I called an hour later, they were holding it for me. Great Starbucks, clean, helpful, good service and good people, plus they got all our orders right.

I’m not normally one to complain, but today is the exception. I ordered a soy latte, a drink I frequently get, but this time it had chunks of soy at the bottom of my cup. When I questioned the barista, he claimed that that regularly happens with soy milk. I explained that I drink soy milk on a regular basis, and it doesn’t look like this unless you don’t shake it or it’s possibly spoiled. He then expressed that he drinks soy milk too and that it gets like that, and with a slight condescending tone, he said he would try to make it again for me if I really wanted him too… I did want it made for me again because I’ve ordered this drink at least a thousand times before and never got one like that, however, after being treated like that, after protesting my concerns to him, I figured it wasn’t worth it. So I just left and will never return to this Starbucks again, which is a shame since it’s the closest one to my house.

CONS: This Starbucks was really dirty; trash on the floor, windows were not clean, and lots of dust built up around the serving counter. PROS: All employees were friendly, and services was pleasant.

Unfortunately I forgot to get my baristas name but I came in with an in app order and I guess I wasn’t clear as in specifics for my order. But she saw me walk straight to pick up and attended me right away. Got a venti esspresso and although I was(&always am) picky, she nailed it!

I go to a lot of Starbucks and I’ve never been more disappointed. The lady who took my order, Stephanie kept repeating my order wrong and when I would correct her I would get a «that’s what I just said» even though that’s clearly not what she read back. Then she charged me for three drinks when I kept saying two trentas. I was going to order food but since she was so condensations and took so long to get two simple orders down, I decided to waste my time elsewhere. And in the end she still got my basic order wrong. Yay. I won’t be returning to this location.

This review is strictly for the powermat charging system that they have. First time seeing this and I totally love this idea!!! Love the fact that I don’t have to fight for an outlet. The idea is really smart and very convenient. The only bad side I do see is that not all tables have the powermat.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks with the exception of the young man who took our order, he was very friendly and quick. Two of us ordered a chai tea latte and both teas weren’t the best. One was watery and the other practically half filled. Super bummer. It also didn’t help that the guy making everyone’s drinks was busy talking to his friends. Ugh. Won’t come back to this bucks.

Come to redeem my birthday reward. The staff is super nice and have a cute writing on the cup. This really makes my day! Easy to access from Colima Blvd and plenty of parkings. Love this location~

I know what you’re thinking, why would anybody ever take the time to write out a Unilocal review for a starbucks franchise, that’s almost as pointless as writing a review for your local McDonalds. There’s usually no point since they’re all branches of the same company and they pump out the same exact drinks everywhere you go. I’m not writing this because of the drinks, you can get a mocha frappuccino at literally any Starbucks location in the world. I’m writing this because I feel that this location provides you with the best customer service out of all the locations I’ve been to, and I’ve been to A LOT. I live around the Rowland Heights area so I’ll study at different starbucks in neighboring cities. Usually it’s Walnut, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, etc. Honestly, I think this place is the best to study overall. It’s a smaller location but at the same time it’s pretty spacious, have no idea if that makes sense to you. Other starbucks will usually have an odd shape to the whole store, it might be an L-shaped floorplan, something weird where you’ll have to round a corner just to sit down. This place is just a huge square, bar on one side, merchandise on another side, and the rest of it is entirely open space for tables and customers. I think that makes the best environment for studying because it almost feels like a classroom setting. The best part about it is that two entire sides of this Starbucks are just entirely windows, it’s open to the whole street, this provides a bunch of sunlight that you normally don’t get at other starbucks. Hope this helped. **customer service here is the best too, based on personal experience.

One of the 3 Starbucks in my area of which I sometimes go to. It’s conveniently located across the Puente Hills Mall and in the shopping plaza where this is located are a bunch of places to go shopping. Good little place to come in study. Pretty nice and quiet with a good amount of seating. Nice baristas and they sometimes have really great holiday sales on tumblers! Usually where I get mine from :) Private parking lot and just wish it had a drive thru! but you can’t always have it all right? lol

Recently I became a holiday fan of Starbucks due to their customer service. I am so amazed with the store manager and baristas. First they introduced me the new drink which is Chestnut Praline and then introduced me the Starbucks loyalty card. Pretty amazing, they finally turned me into a recurrent customers of theirs. Please look for the new store manager Roxanne! She has amazing customer service. As for the baristas, please look for Stephanie & Marisa. They are so kind-hearted and friendly.

This is one of my least favorite Starbucks of all time. Located in a dead plaza with a closed Game Stop, barely open Ross and some banks and little stores, the plaza can only be turned into going eastbound on Colima since the turn lane going westbound is very difficult to turn into since Colima is usually heavy with traffic. What’s even worse is when you try to get out. If you want to go westbound on Colima, you will have to turn right and make a U turn on the next street. If you try to avoid Colima on Castleton, you can ONLY make a right turn up the hill to god knows where. It’s such a weird obscure rule but the sign is huge saying«RIGHTTURNONLY» coming out of the plaza. Back to the Starbucks. It is usually crowded and there’s usually only 2 – 3 people working the whole place with just one person making the drinks. This = long ass wait. The drinks are pretty standard Starbucks fare thanks to their good SOP. The staff is not as chipper as other Starbucks. There is usually no seat left at that location which is just fine since the place is not very inviting to begin with. There is also no drive thru so you cannot make a quick trip. I prefer going down to the Starbucks on Gale in Rowland Heights or on Valley in Walnut.

Just like any other starbucks. Located across the mall with somewhat large parking lot. Place is pretty small and its packed every time I go. Baristas do make really good drink and the girl who takes the orders is nice and polite. The counter top is pretty dirty I wish they clean that more often. Free wifi like any other starbucks!

I dub this the SLOWEST Starbucks on Earth. Also the nastiest. If the blank, open-mouthed stares from the store partners don’t scare you away immediately, or the thirty minute wait time while they stand around, the filth will. I’ll never go in there again after what just happened, though I admit I already hated this one. When we walked in a purple-haired probable shift supervisor looked at us and said someone else would help us in a few minutes. She did end up making our drink, however, several minutes later, so she very well could have started it for us right away. Andrew walked in and picked up a bag of garbage, looked at us, fumbled around with the garbage, then simply jammed it into a cabinet and«helped“us as if we were interrupting. Without washing his hands. He then rang up the next three people with his trash paws. I did NOT order what I came for because that’s disgusting. The other member of my party did and it took another ten minutes for Purple to pick up his cup. I’m done with this Dump of a place. Go to Brea Canyon Cutoff instead!
