Horrific and Abusive Owner!
There is only 1 Part-​Time girl works at this place speaks English, the other woman and the owner Celeste speak broken English that caused me to lose my package. One other customer helped me translate English to the mature Chinese worker to watch out for my package that was coming within 1 – 2 days. She returned it instead. The returned package has caused damages to me. I complained it to the owner Celeste who barked at me like a mad dog shouting at me so loud that hurt my ears. She said to accept my FedEx package is doing a favor. I paid $ 100 for a small mailbox, which is not free, and not by far a favor. She is such a bully, hostile, abusive, and anti-​customers. At the end of my term, I left and found a better and cheaper place elsewhere. Strongly not recommend Rowland Postal Center to anyone!”
