I am very satisfied with Paulina who greeted & assisted my wife & I. We inquired about specialty Cross pens & the availability. Paulina, quickly showed us to the display & opened the display for viewing. My wife & I decided on two for gifts. Unfortunately, only the display ones where available & their stock was low. Without hesitation, she offered a 5% discount & we were done. So often good customer is hard to acquire, in this particular case it was great! I entered the store with my two young children, in a hurry and a little stressed out. I visited a few other office supply stores including another Office Depot but was disappointed with not being able to get the service and attention that I needed. I was happily surprised when I entered the store and your associate «Brittany» was more than willing to assist me with a non profit school project. She was very patient with me and was knowledgeable and presented me with options that surpassed my expectations. My boys and I were in and out in a timely manner with just the right product we needed thanks to Brittany. I live closer to your Baldwin Park location but will be making the drive out to this store for all my office supply needs. Brittany is definitely an asset to your company and a model of what customer service should be when I walk into one of your stores.

This Office Depot is smaller than most others, so the selection seemed to be lacking.
Very few customers were there when I went. I was in and out pretty quick — someone was ready to help me find what I needed, and there was no wait for checkout.

I’m giving this place five stars because of Priscilla Calderon, as I’ve stated in other parts of Unilocal,I drive from Glendora to print copies, get flyers, or have Priscilla fix my business cards, she’s absolutely great and knows how to communicate while multitasking. Ask for her in copy & print.

I love coming to Office Depot. Everything is much cheaper than staples (vanilla folders, toner, etc). Too bad that there aren’t that many locations anymore several have closed down. So each time I go I tend to stick up on daily office supplies I use.

Customer service! Stopped in on a whim to print out some tickets. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alex and he asked how I could be helped. Printed my tickets, directed me to the restroom and then said to have a nice evening with a sincere smile despite the fact that he’s probably making min wage. This kid needs to be given his own franchise. Anything less and he should walk. He understood exactly how significant friendly, efficient customer service is. They only made $ 0.33 cents, if that, off 3 pages of printing but man did they win my loyalty.

Customer Service!!!
The place is small, so not the most ideal place to buy a wide selection of office supplies, but they do have all the basics.
But if you need to print something, especially if it’s something that requires extra attention, this is a great place to go! My fiancé and I came and our project needed so much extra help: out of the 140-​page report, some pages were for color, some pages were black and white, some were 1-​sided, some were 2-​sided. But we got so much help, and we were very thankful. It was amazing how much friendly help we got.
If you’re lucky, you’ll get helped by LIZ, the nice lady who helped us.
Tips: WiFi is not good here, so make sure all your work is downloaded properly onto your USB before showing up. In case of emergency, a lot of the cafes around have much better WiFi, but you’d just have to buy a drink for conscience’s sake.

I later received an email from the district manager for this store. She actually apologized to me and also informed all the stores she manages that Wrapp gift cards should be accepted from now on. That’s a much better attitude and solution. I will go back to this store again.

I miss the old location that used to be on Gale. It was bigger and more spacious. When I went in today to get the things that they had in the ad, everything had already been «sold out». Their amount for individualistic items are dwindling, but they do still have many items. Their service was nice, as they were easily accessible and kind. Only reason for the 2 star review is because of what used to be. Much smaller.

This review is for the copy and printing service
I regularly find myself at copy stores getting fliers reprinted for my work as the owner of a manufactured home dealership. After being told at Staples that there wasn’t anyone to help me and that my request would take an hour I decided to find another place in Rowland Heights for my copy services.
It was a breath of fresh air when I walked into Office Depot and then out after all of 5 minutes with copies in hand!
Dondrell Simms who helped me greated me quickly while finishing up with a customer at his register and then immediately moved to the print computer work station. He printed a proof of the 2 copies I needed and then moments later I was rung up and out the door.
This is what I expect from a copy and office supply store!
Sorry Staples in Rowland Heights! You are never getting my business… it’s all going to Office Depot.

So close to my office! =] I just wish this was a full size store. This is a small Office Depot and do not always have everything stocked. Be warned.

Just opened. So its very clean and the customer service is really good. Really nice people. When I went in they were still doing a few finishing touches to the business but they looked just about done with the store. It’s much more compact then its previous location on Gale but it actually quite nice and everything is easy to find.
