This restaurant is known for their bun bo hue so if it’s your first time and you’re totally fine eating pork blood and pork feet, get this! If you’re not okay with that stuff, you can ask to substitute the pork feet for meatballs and maybe ask not to include pork blood.(Meat ball is really good too!) I’m pretty sure this is the best bun bo hue in the area. I’ve tried it at phở ha and it was just mehh… Portion is huge and they’re generous with the meat. It’s really good. Just get it and see for yourself. PARKING: good luck! It’s a small lot so may the parking gods be with you!

For the uninformed~~this bun bo hue place is a sibling to their popular location off Garvey Ave. in Monterey Park — hooray!!! Colima Rd. needed to step up its Vietnamese food game. Majority of items have the same price: $ 7.99 for REGULAR $ 8.99 for LARGE Initially i was turned off by the price, but like many others have said, the bowls are like Oprah-Winfrey-generous. 1 Regular size Bun Bo Hue COULDEASILYYFEEDTWOLILABG’s. It was wonderfulness in a bowl, especially on a rainy Sunday afternoon. EDM was cheering me on in the background with every slurrrrrrrrrp i took(+1 bonus star for playing Porter Robinson). Very generous on the amount of meat. NOTE — their menu is not extensive, but offers enough variety. I was surprised that even tho they don’t have egg noodles(mi) on their menu, they accommodated my dad’s request to replace the rice noodles in their bun bo hue with egg noodles. They also customized a vegetarian bun rieu order to replace meat with extra tofu YAY! LOCATION/PARKING — located in the same plaza with the Bambu desserts so you can go here after if ya burnt ya tongue slurpin up the goodness. Parking may require some patience cuz this plaza is alwayssss crowded.

Overall it is a great little restaurant. The staff and owner is always very friendly and welcoming. I have tried the #1 and #2 before. They were both very good. #1 is still a little better. It has more meat and a little more flavor. I also tried the pork spring rolls and was not impressed at all. The meat was not flavorful and it was cold. I would not recommend it. Their menu is also pretty limited. Their portions are also very good for the price.

Actually four and a half stars! I saw this place that opened where Easy Earthen used to be and I decided why not. I went four days after they had their grand opening and when I walked it, the place didn’t impress. But what can I expect? The place was small to begin with. Enough with the details though. My boyfriend and I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, the #1. I’ve never had it before but if that is what it’s supposed to taste like, then I would have it over and over again. My boyfriend just thought it was okay but that’s all up to the person. The broth was fragrant and tart to taste. So many flavors in my mouth. I even took the leftover soup home so I could cook noodles with it. I also ordered the crab egg rolls. Those were good too but I was more focused on the soup. Overall good experience and I would definitely come back. One note: service was a bit and the waiter seemed to be new to this kind of job. Nothing bad though.

I am so happy they opened a new store in Rowland Heights. Everything is good and the iced coffee is outstanding. I personally like their bun rieu better than bun bo hue. I find their bun bo hue is on the salty side. Customer service is great!

They finally decided to open a nha trang in Rowland heights. It’s not as good as the original and not as good as the MP location yet. I think give them time and they will be just as good as the other locations. I came here and order the bun rieu and cha gio. The only thing I wish for was the crab balls would’ve been bigger. The MP crab balls are a lot bigger. The cha gio was really good so I can’t wait to go back.

I was so excited for the Bun Bo Hue and the Bun Rieu! This means I do not have to drive to the OC anymore for decent noodle soup… or not. My husband and I came at night for dinner. We started off with the Nem Nuong Springrolls… It did not taste bad but nothing amazing. The rolls had lettuce, a piece of fried eggroll wrapper, and the pork(nem). The pork is not good and I wish it had mint. However, this location probably isn’t meant to be catered for a big Vietnamese population so it is understandable that there was no mint. The dipping sauce was only ok. The Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu was okay too. The taste was nothing that great especially because I grew up eating the real stuff. I didn’t expect it to be great but at least good for cravings. I’m sad it didn’t satisfy our cravings. Service is nice but we probably will not be back.

Grand opening! Hesitant at first, but after giving it a chance it was worth it! #1 the spicy beef noodle was bomb a and the spring rolls were on point. If you’re in the area I recommend you give it a try!

So glad they finally have a location in Rowland Heights!!! My husband and I went for lunch because we were both craving bun rieu. It’s soooo good here! Thai tea and house special iced tea(free refills on this one) were both very good too. Service was prompt and friendly. Great food, great service… what more can you ask for? We will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu.

A new joint in Rowland Heights, located in a busy plaza. Went there alittle past noon. They sat us down right away. Service was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our meals. Personally I thought the prices was a bit too high for a bowl of phở but that goes with most of the places in the area. It was served in a good size big bowl that compensate on the price. They even told me kids eat for ***free*** and offered a small plain noodle of phở to my son. Egg rolls was a good size and yummy! The passion ice tea was great and came with refills! We had the bun bo hue, and phở Dac biet. I wouldn’t mind go back to try other things. One thing I was disappointed was a Vietnamese didn’t offer any rice dish.

Finally! Legit Vietnamese food that we don’t have to drive far to get! We used to drive to their Rosemead location since their Bun Bo Hue is one of our faves! Definitely recommend the Bun Rieu as well, ask for some mam ruoc(shrimp paste) since it’s not the same without it! Our lil one loves their cha gio(egg rolls) and their veggie plates are super fresh. We’ve already been twice since their grand opening and will definitely be regulars! All the girls are super sweet and friendly too!

The House Special Ice Tea is a MUST drink item! I had it every time when I eat at other locations. My favorite choices are #1 Bun Bo Hue and #2 Bun Rieu(but I usually change the noodle to Phở Rieu). Why #1? It is their signature item! The best Bun Bo Hue in San Gabriel area! The pork blood is SOGOOD! I’m not a fans of pork feet and spicy but I still love it! Once a while I still order #1! It is sooooo Good!!! #2 I like it so much is because the soup base and crabmeat balls are the best!

As a lover of Vietnamese food, I am always excited to try new restaurants. However, my Vietnamese food adventure usually results in a hit or miss. With Nha Trang, it was like having the same consistently great food at a new stylish location. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and I love how clean the restaurant is. Will come back

New Vietnamese restaurant that opened on Colima and Fullerton. The menu is limited but so far everything I’ve tried has been good. A regular size bowl is 7.99 and the large is 8.99. Their regular is pretty much the size of a large at most phở places so the value is pretty good here. Amongst our party we got the crabmeat egg rolls, spring rolls, bun bo hue, phở ga, bun xao dac biet, and phở dac biet. All the broths were really flavorful and the egg rolls were super crunchy. The fish sauce that comes with the bun xao could have been stronger. The random veggies/herbs that come with the noodles were noticeably greener and more fragrant than most phở places. The décor here is a little more contemporary than your traditional phở joint. Definitely would come back.

I’ve been to the other Nha Trang before and had a great experience, so when I heard there was one that just opened up I knew I had to go! We were seated really quickly upon arriving. I ordered the phở dac biet with Thai tea. The service was amazing and I was surprised that the food was prepared that quickly. This will definitely be one of my go to places in Rowland! Also, the waitress who served us is really pretty! ;)

This spot just opened and I had a wonderful time! I was seated at an appropriate time. I ordered the #2 on the menu and it came out at a timely fashion as well! Lots of people here as well. The broth and noodles are the great as I’d expect! Congratulations and I will be coming back soon!

Really amazing food and awesome service. Makes sure your taken cared of and good to go. The Bun Bo Hue was the best one I have ever had! Meat is very tender and not chewy. The veggies are very fresh, unlike other places with wilted sprouts. We also had the egg rolls, and again, another delish item to get! It’s not oily and the meat is flavorful. Will definitely be coming often as my fam are Phở lovers!!!

So excited they finally opened! Came on their first day for dinner. As soon as we got seated the dinner rush started. I ordered the bun bo hue and the house special ice tea. Food arrived quickly, nice and hot. The bun bo hue was delicious! The soup wasn’t too spicy, the meat was nice and tender, wasn’t cooked too long, just perfect. For their grand opening they gave us complimentary egg rolls. I would definitely order the egg rolls the next time I come. Can’t wait to try the other items on the menu! The staff was very friendly and they kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok. P. s. The ice tea has free refills!
