Jack in the Box

Wow! Very great customer service. Came here on 4÷5÷16 approx 10:40pm There was a few cars (6) in the drive thru line and they had everyone in and out. I must say for a fast food place the level of customer service by the male taking the order to the female employee taking payment and handing out the order was awesome. I will be back and haven’t experienced this level of cx service in a long time. Simple things such as calling me Mr. (Insert last name), making sure my food was presentable. These two employees take pride in their work ethic and it shows and has left an impression on me.

Worst jack in the box. I order drive-​thru they charge different amount and didn’t even gave me a receipt!!!

Just got great service from the Cashier named Anthony or Andrew! Fast and friendly. It’s nice to see someone who seems to really like his job!

Don’t be discouraged by the bad reviews that appear when people actually do leave a review, the workers are nice and the food is on point here. Just know what you’re getting into if you pull up late at night to eat tasty greasy jack in the crack

Everytime I come they give me something different than what I originally ordered… I came one time and order 2 tacos I got a hamburger. Like what? And now I came back to order sausage breakfast burrito and I got a breakfast burger… And they repeat my order fine so idk if they input it wrong afterwards. Pls get orders correctly

I absolutely hate the service at this location and the one on gale. I was in the drive thru looking at the menu, deciding what to order. There was no car behind us and we asked the lady to give us a second to decide what we wanted. She politely said okay.
About 30 seconds has passed by and she goes…
” HELLO? HELLO!!! ORDER! HELLO? READY? READY NOW? HELLLOOOOO!!! «
And I politely asked for just a few more seconds.
After about 30 seconds, I was ready. I said «Okay I’m ready» and she just ignored me…

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, went home to get ready for work, gave me a BAG OF COOKIES. Go back to get a refund and the guy blames me for «driving off without it»
It’s your responsibility to tell me I have more coming, not «here you go, thank you!!»

The service on getting the food was fast, but the downside to that was that, I was missing two items from my order. Then getting some of my items burnt. Having to go to the hassle of fixing your order when the customer is in a rush is not a good moment to slowly fix it. that was quite upsetting. Also, when i came in the store was quite messy in the sitting area. It should be sweeped more often. disgusting to see that when customers come in.

Terrible service and they don’t listen. I asked for a lettuce wrap and what did I get? My burger with no lettuce and they just threw the meat patties in a container. Will add picture.

I started going here regularly when I realized that coffee through this drive thru only takes about 3 – 4 minutes, where Starbucks nearby takes 7 – 15 minutes, is more expensive, and you have to go inside there. Jack is a real time-​saver!
Martha is amazing and I am always glad to hear it’s her in the mornings! Rosa is also amazing — they both always remember me and are SO friendly! I’ve been there with other employees working the drive thru and they NEVER live up to Rosa and Martha. I even saw Martha once on my way home after work (she was still there!) and it was a great way to end my day.
Recently I was there when (I was told) the cook went home sick and the lady there, I think her name was Ester (?), was struggling to do both jobs and as a result the line barely moved. I did get my coffee for free though, as they understood the wait was crazy long (I still paid for my jalapenos — gotta have my ‘penos!).
See? Even when it’s bad, it’s still better than most.
The only negative thing I can say about this place is the homeless people sleeping in the tiny parking lot and always crossing in front of my car as I pull in… when I pull forward and add my cream/​sugar to my coffee I can see them staring at me through the windows from inside. Creepy.
OH, and once there was a very flamboyant guy working the window and he gave me a croissant donut (normally DELISH) that was seriously half-​covered with cinnamon-​sugar. We’re talking a straight line right through the middle, and half the donut was naked. Quality control, buddy! I’ll add a picture of it, because it’s pretty funny to look at. Not that I sit around laughing at naked donuts all day or anything.

I come here for the Jumbo Jack and the Monster Taco when I need to eat greasy food.
The kitchen is old and probably greasy and could use a re-​modeling.
There’s usually a unemployed person or homeless person or weirdo hanging around or some person trying to refill their soda cup all day. Most of the time it’s safe here.

Jack in the Box is one of my top favorite places for fast food and this branch is okay.
When I come to this Jack in the Box, it’s usually through the drive-​thru but I have eaten inside several times. Both drive-​thru and dine in have pretty good and fast service. I never really have to wait which I like. The parking lot for this Jack in Box is pretty small. It’s a big Jack in the Box though and it’s always clean inside. I enjoy the food here and prices are okay, some items on the menu like the chicken strips or Jack’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich can get pricey though. I do recommend both though along with the fajita pita and the monster tacos. The curly fries are a must try too! My only reason for taking away two stars would some prices and also, a few times some workers messed up on my orders.
My point is if you’re craving Jack’s food, this is a good branch and it won’t let you down!

I’ve been coming here to grab something for breakfast before work for a while now and I honestly have never been to a fast food place that has customer service this nice! Food quality stays consistent as well. Good job jack! This is definitely my favorite jack in the box out of all of the ones I’ve been to.

It was late and I was thirsty. I thought of the new peach iced tea they have at jack in the box. I usually go to the one on diamond bar blvd, but this one was just closer to where I was at the time. First of all, they charged me like 4 bucks for a large peach tea… I thought all drinks were 1 dollar. Whatever… The guy at the window didn’t want to explain so he just kept repeating the price when i asked about it. I was tired so I didn’t want to deal with it. I just gave him the money then I got the drink which was only like ¾ of the way full. I tasted it and it kinda tasted weird. The best way to describe it is watered down sweat. I didn’t bother to drink more than a couple sips. When I got home, I opened it up and smelled it. Smelled like straight PISS! This place looks kinda sketch too… Just a couple of giggling middle eastern guys with thick accents working together. Drive a few miles to the one on DB blvd and Grand. They have good service and the place seems pretty clean.

This located is always dirty and smelly.
There’s always smelly sweaty kids hanging there after school along with homeless/​alcoholics hanging out.

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants, but I actually had a good experience here Thursday morning. Unlike the other reviews for this Jack in Rowland, I actually had a pretty good experience. The employees were nice, and I got my food quickly. Don’t know what more I could ask for :).

good for free taco day but the floors were incredibly stiky but service was friendly despite all the chaos

I’m seriously going to write a review on Jack in the Box. Yes, Jack in the Box. It’s Sunday morning, and Moms and I are spending our day together. We were on our way to some shopping, and decided to handle breakfast via Jack in the Box drive-​thru.
Drive thru voice: Hi, welcome to Jack in the Box, may I help you?
Me: Yes, I’d like 2 Chorizo Burrito combo meals, please.
Drive thru voice: Okay, please drive through.
I notice that the screen says 2 combo’s with orange juice.
Me: Ummm, excuse me, can you make one with coffee, and the other with Diet Coke? (Yeah, I know… Diet Coke for breakfast)
Drive thru voice: Okay, please drive through.
We drive up, and she hands me 1 coffee, and tries to hand me an orange juice. So I nicely remind her that I requested a Diet Coke. Two seconds later, hands me the Diet Coke. I give her the money, and I drive about 2 feet… and notice… of course, my order is wrong.
There are 2 completely different burritos, and a 3^rd sandwich. Greeeeat. Now I have to park, and go in, and complain. Inside, it’s empty, and the manager comes to me, and says, «I know,» already knowing that my order is wrong. The employee who helped me at the drive-​thru is avoiding eye-​contact with me, as she knows i’m upset. A couple of minutes later, she hands me a bag with the correct burritos, 2 orders of hashbrown sticks with a measly 2 pieces each, inside. Really? Never again, Mr. Box in Rowland Heights… never again.

Not all Jack in the Box’s are create equally.
Chicken strips with buttermilk and sweet and sour sauce. Not bad for late night protein. The drive thru guy was even friendly too. They need an accessible credit card slot for drivers so we can just swipe and be done.
5 stars for being available 24 hours a day and for having the best late night fried chicken breasts strips and butter milk sauce in America.
