So I am a very Unflexible person and I signed up not knowing what to expect. I am so happy i signed up Savvy Is so Amazing! She is Very detailed & gentle, I can not do many of the positions however she always is very encouraging and you look at her as such a young person with so much skill and patience completely blows me away. she is a 5 star instructor! I never realized i was so uptight until i tried this class.
