Avoid this one. Staff there don’t help at all. One of the female cashier is very rude and looks like gang member. Scary to go there in the night!

This store is one of the best in the area, the place is clean and the customer attention is by far the best. Vanessa assisted me with my questions and checking out. If you want good deals and great customers service come to this location and you won’t regret it. Thank you «VANESSA» for making me feel welcomed and treated with utmost respect.

I’ve been here numerous times only because it’s close to where I live. Just went yesterday afternoon and tried to use my rewards coupon. The cashier was so rude and said that the coupon is only valid for gardening items. She didn’t even bother to read the coupon. Nowhere on the coupon did it mention that its only good on gardening purchases. I told her that its valid for any purchase but she ignored me. She said the coupon also didn’t have a bar code to scan so I asked if she could scan my cell phone since I had the coupon on email. She just repeated that I couldn’t use it.
In the past, I’ve encountered some really rude cashiers, but this one was at the top. I’m not coming back to this one and I’d rather go to a place that knows how to to treat customers.

The cashier was so freaking rude and unprofessional. The checkout line takes so long. She wouldn’t even call for back up when there was more than 3 of us in line. I was waiting there for so long and this guy cut me in line. I told him that I was waiting first and the cashier even saw me in line waiting for all this time; we made eye contact for crying out loud. She was so rude when i told her that I was waiting first. She just had a bitter look on her face, rolled her eyes at me and only said whatever… Like wtf is wrong with this cashier. It isn’t the first time that I’ve gone here and she was rude to me. I just come here cuz it’s so close.

I was on my way here to get my dog a bed for him to sleep on because this place has really cheap prices. My mind was set to get my dog a dog bed. So I found him a bed and the price was ‘35’ so I was like okay that’s a pretty good price. But there wasn’t any orange sticker with a price on it but I still would’ve bought it for 35. But the lady at the cash register wouldn’t let me take that dog bed because she couldn’t find the price on it. We waited for like 30 mins and still couldn’t get that price for the dog bed. So she told us’ do u want to come back?’ But like the regular price was 35 so I don’t get why I couldn’t get it for 35… So I ended up not getting my dog bed for my dog !!! I was pretty sad because my dog has been sleeping on my hard wood floor and I just want to buy him a bed :(and I ended up walking out of big lots with no dog bed …

The cashiers take too long serving the customers. It takes a long time just to get some service.

If you find some great deals, then you better get them quickly, since things goes out fast over here. There’s always great finds and deals. Subscribe to the mailing list and sign up with the club card to get more discounts. One annoying thing is that they charge 10 cents for each bag if you need to bag anything.

So I honestly haven’t been to a Big Lots in years… since I was a child…
I recently came with my mother, who is a smart shopper! I should learn from her… But we came here and I was AMAZED at the deals and the savings! I had recently bought some «Bob’s Red Mill» steel cut oats at a grocery store for about $ 8 and they had the same brand, and size here for $ 4! Grrr! So I had to purchase another bag. No choice. They also sell the same brand of Almond Milk I drink since I can’t have regular and only for $ 1.50! WHAT!?! I’m mad I didn’t know I could save so much here! The pop tarts that are sold at the markets for $ 4 are $ 1.50 here! ayyye. I came here again today and purchased a lot of stuff that would have cost be about $ 30 more if I had went somewhere else. Thanks mom!
I do wish that the customer service was a little more friendlier or friendly period! haha And better cleanliness perhaps? Seems a bit dirty and messy… But I guess you can’t have it all?

I am a believer in the Big Lots…

This place is always clean! I came here on Black Friday to try to snag some great deals and boy was I in for a ride! They had 3 inch memory foam toppers for only $ 35 (I snagged 3, one for me, one for my mom and one for my boyfriend’s parents) I also found a really nice reversible comforter for $ 35.
Will definitely come back to this Big! Lots. The cleanliness of this place is way better than the one in Temple City.

Just thought I stop by. Looking around. I was looking at the scrapbook stuff. This worker comes RIGHT next to me start fixing the stuff… when clearly there is the rest of the store to straighten out. Really. and top top it off no «excuse me». Rude.
Besides that. Went into the toy section. Again workers fixing the area. But no hello. Or a hi. Kinda feel like i dont exist. So ya … I figured its only biglots. But reason why I’m giving two stars is because the cashier in the front was very nice and talkative. You need more people like that in this store. That would b helpful. Not as ghetto as other biglots I’ve been to.
If it wasn’t for cashier girl. I think a ONE star.

Lots of great deals, prices below the original price and the service average, for the neighborhood. I been on worst stores but this one they maintain it with an «A» at health standards people in this city dont know how to drive… sorry but truth hurts.. I recommend it.

I came here to see what’s up at this store; and, low and behold – this place had liquid Wisk! Bought couple of them for mom, since the stores around Los Angeles, doesn’t stock them anymore. And for $ 5 each, I was a happy camper!

what can i say… i love a good bargain and often come here for some good cheap food… a good variety and a better price

unprofessional staff and bad service. i only go in here to waste time while waiting for food/​tables at hanashima’s. stay away.
the DB and CH locations are way better.
