Urology Austin

HORRIBLE customer service and extremely unorganized! We referred here by someone and scheduled my husbands original appointment the beginning of October. We specifically asked the receptionist at the time of setting the appointment if the procedure was going to be done same day — there are a lot of offices in Austin that do and she told us it would. We were called several times before the appointment to keep re-​confirming our insurance. My husband took the day off work only to be rescheduled for a second and third time because they set it on a day the original Dr. Isn’t even at this location. We then switched dr.‘s (Maloney) to prevent ANOTHER reschedule it’s now Nov. 20^th (more than a month after original schedule) day of procedure we got here and they informed us the Dr. Is in surgery as well as of the charges saying they didn’t call us sooner about them because they didn’t know we had switched to a different Dr. Will never recommend this place, they refused to work with us on paying half up front and half next month due to their negligence of not getting the information to us within the time span of a frickin month! Called NORTH AUSTIN UROLOGY off Hester’s crossing, great customer service and they’re getting us in next week with same day procedure. Will happily pay the full amount up front or even more for a company that provides great service and hasn’t wasted so much of our time, energy and been so unhelpful with this whole process.

Dr. Bruce and his staff were so kind. I was really nervous about my visit and everyone was just so nice! Dr. Bruce took the time to explain what was going on and I am so glad I came here.

After many years of suffering at the hand of doctors in another state, Dr. Bruce took on our daughter’s case. She’s still in treatment, however I had to give a shout out. Dr. Bruce read her scans done through the ER at Seton Williamson. His compassionate heart and extensive knowledge was just what my daughter needed. After a procedure today, one tomorrow and another in a little more than a week, she is much better than she was for sure.
I have never met a more truly compassionate Dr. Dr. Bruce, you have a heart as big as Texas and I for one am very grateful!
So if you are looking for a fabulous Urologist, please go see Dr. Bruce. He is a miracle sent by God!
