Definitely 5 star, and highly recommended.
The sign-​up process and implementation was cake. Greg is super-​professional and sells you exactly what you need, no overly-​pushy sales effort here. The install team was awesome, sticking around to adjust the camera angles to optimize sight. The software sits on my desktop and phone so that I can monitor live, and easily review past footage.
In the 9 months we’ve been open, I’ve had zero issues with equipment and/​or not getting notifications when the gym is opened or closed by our team. And I’ve gotten an immediate response every time I’ve mistakenly set off the alarm, haha.
Jokes aside, I highly recommend TSS. With TSS, we sleep easy at night.

I’m giving them 4 starts, but I’m still up in the air. The initial process was super easy, and everyone was very nice and helpful. Took a while to get up and running because of part orders etc, which was no problem. I am happy with the system and the installer was terrific. However not long after install we discovered issues with some of the equipment. They did come out and replace the problem equipment, but I felt as if they were trying to put us off. Offering excuses as to why the stuff wasn’t working that didn’t match the issue. As if they were trying to avoid coming out. So far all is good, but I hope this isn’t what I will come to expect when I need service. I wanted a good local company and hope to do business with them for years to come.
