Smart Water Sprinklers & Landscape

I had Eric with Smart Water come out and assess my sprinkler system. He is super responsive, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He made some repairs on broken heads, changed some heads out to more efficient models, and moved a few sprinkler heads to different positions in the yard. We also had him install a new smart controller and rain sensor that will allow us to conserve water and be smarter about when/​how much we water. Eric was extremely helpful in programming the new controller and helping me understand how to best use it. All in all, he did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Smart Water Sprinklers & Landscape based on the work that they did for us!

Eric was great & very reasonable rates. He did the system check-​up, reprogrammed the controller, replaced numerous pipes (eaten by my dog), moved a head that was in behind an inanimate object, fixed leaks, plus more. He was very thorough and honest. What I save in water for the reprogramming will more than pay for the amount he charged. All around great service! I will be sharing is business card and recommending him & his company!

I called on Smart Water (Eric) after a bad experience with another sprinkler company. I had him out initially to fix a broken pipe. I scheduled online my first visit. Upon fixing what he had come out for. I asked for a quote on getting my old system working a little more efficiently. I explained that last year I has another person out and I felt that some things might need a little adjusting. Eric took the time to walk through my yard and listen to all of my concerns. He then explained a few things to me that would be of concern. I asked him for a quote to fix it. He immediately wrote out the quote and let me know what it was going to cost me. He also was very up front and honest that the type of work that I needed would have to be put on the calendar for a few weeks out. Since my system was working properly now, this was fine with me.
Eric communicated back via email to me shorty there after to put me on his schedule. When I didn’t get a chance to respond via email. He waited a short time and called me to make sure that I did get the email.
My work was completed about 2 week ahead of what I expected. I am very pleased with what has been done and feel confident that the work is quality. He showed me a way to always to a quick check on part of my system. He also explain every piece of work that he did.
The ease of online booking is amazing! I loved knowing that he would be at my house at a certain time to get my work done. Plus… he was punctual to what the scheduler said. He even called the day before to answer some questions.
I really appreciated the professionalism and communication given by Eric of Smart Water. I will definitely be calling on him if I run into any other problems in my yard.

Turns out I had 2 leaks, 2 broken heads, and a few buried so deep they weren’t doing any good. Thank goodness for Smart Water Sprinkler & Landscape! Eric took care of my problems in one visit. He spent a great deal of time explaining everything he was doing and had several excellent watering recommendations for me going forward. It was obvious to me right away that he was very knowledgeable … and not just about sprinkler systems, but water conservation, grass types, soil make ups, etc. I now know why it’s so important to be sure your technician is licensed. And I thought the cost was extremely reasonable. Anymore problems with my lawn and I’m calling Smart Water.

Eric provided highly professional work while transplanting one tree and installing a second tree. I made contact on a Sunday and the work was scheduled and completed In just a few days. I’m glad to have found this company and will look to them for future projects.

Eric installed my system in my house and his work was great. He explained how to use the smart system and has been there when needed. Now am looking at using him to also do our landscaping. I would highly recommend him.
3.17.15 I just had Eric do our landscaping front back and sides. What a great job he did. Glad to have found this company. Will not use anyone else.
