4 guys working in the store, 4 customers. it took them 45 minutes to wait on me and then tell me it’s gonna be an hour to match 1 gallon of paint. they«suck»! i just left. they need to hire people that know what they are doing. one of them just made coffee! wtf!!!

I have 2 complaints. I will say this store customer service is not good. They are not rude, but they kept me standing at the counter for 10 mins. There was one guy working with another customer when I walked in. We were the only ones in the store. He clearly saw me and did not say anything. It turns out, there was another person in the back that finally came out. The first guy could have very easily said, «I’ll be right with you sir.» or went to the back to call the 2nd attendant out. No… he chose to make me wait 10 mins even though he looked at me several times. 2nd part, I’ve been in the store several times because it is the closest. The workers here are very young. I dont discriminate, but they dont understand customer service and they dont go the extra mile to get you what you need. I tried paint matching and twice the color was totally off. I complained both times at the store, but they assured me it would come out right. In one case, the kid told me.“oh, the trick to touch up is do as less as possible.”. I mean seriously? I was able to get my paint match exactly right at a different store after talking to the manager. She got it right the first time. I wont be back after a while.

The in-store customer service is terrible! They are unfriendly and seriously need some training in how to handle customers from the time you walk in the door until you check out. As an interior design I recommend paint colors all the time and I will give it a second thought before I send any clients to this store.

I am not writing a review about anyone but Keating who works there. This is the second time that his lack of knowledge or his unwillingness to actually help customers has cost me significant time and money. When you pay double for paint compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s and also go to an actual paint store, you EXPECT the person who is helping you to actually be helpful and make suggestions. I am not a professional painter. That is very obvious from the second I walk in. Therefore I expect people to help me and make my painting as easy as painting can be, especially when I go to a painting store and pay double for my paint. The most recent incident is I was painting a wall in my house dark blue. After 2 coats, I went to a different Sherwin Williams store and asked them why it wasn’t covering at all. Simple solution, there is a primer that is supposed to be used this with. There is even a number on the back of the color sample that says which primer. Since I don’t work there, I did not know this. BUT! It is something that someone who claims to have worked there for over 2 years should know! And SHOULDSUGGEST to amateur painters! I have now had to buy yet another quart of paint and 6(yes, SIX!) coats later, my wall is finally done. I like Sherwin Williams, and I have worked with other people at different stores who were very helpful(and helped me fix the issues that have arisen from Keating’s lack of suggestions or advise), but do not work with Keating if you go to this store.

We happened to come in when there was a 40% off sale. The paint is good quality, but we would not buy at regular price. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve been to this location a couple times. Both times the folks have been very helpful and available to answer questions about projects I’m working on. You definitely pay a premium for their paint but its good stuff. The paint clearly has a nice pad of profit margin which is why I’m giving them 4⁄5 stars. Try to time your purchase around the 40% off sales. Call the store or check their website for these.
