I don’t usually write reviews on places, but my experience at the specific Ross was awful!!! Gabby was one of the rudest cashier I have ever experience!!! I needed to take back some short and had an even exchange. When I checked out they told me since I didn’t have my receipt that I would have to call the 1800 # because I had ttaken back to much on my ID, so I call the 1 – 800 number and they cleared it up. Then I went back to the cashier and stood there for about 5 minutes before she told me «mam you need to get back in line» I didn’t say anything and got back at THE END OF THE LINE AGAIN! When it was finally my turn she said to me «mam the lady behind you was before you» and called over the manager because she refused to check me out. The lady behind me was not there before me that was a complete lie!!! I have never experienced somebody to be so rude to me for no absolute reason. I hope she gets in trouble for this and I did call corporate on her.

I like this Ross. They have always have a huge variety to choose from. I bought my luggage set here for a great price. You always land great deals at Ross no matter what. I enjoy buying my kids shoes from here because they are a lot cheaper than what you would buy at the mall. But you never know they may have what you want here. The staff has been friendly and help you out when you need it. I definitely shop here when I want something for a great price.

Ok, I never review big box places but I have to say something very quick about this location specifically.
This Ross is not very good at all. There shelves are always very empty. Usually 10 – 12 options in each size section. I am just not a fan of this location. There are better ones in the area with better selection. It also feels very bare bone staffed, maybe they have plans to close this one. Who Knows.
Meh, is a perfect feeling for it.

Dirty, ghetto store. Burnt out lights, messy, picked over junk. Sloppy children running all over the store. Security guard manning the entrance. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I will not be going back.

I really enjoy this Ross. The associates are all super friendly and the store is usually decently clean. I’m always on the hunt for a good deal and I never leave this place empty handed. Some days the spoils are better than others, but what is a victory without a good challenge?
I’ll go back!

Ross is so hit or miss. I wish I knew their shipment days, because I would only hit it up then. It gets preeeetty picked through sometimes. Usually, the shoe department is a disaster and the bath/​body products they have in the front are all opened and screaming of known theft.
When I go for something specific, I usually find it. Returns are easy too, and that’s always a blessing.
