I’ve frequented this store for several years and feel it’s time to give them a GREAT review. They are always honest and fair. I was having problems with a cell phone this time. As expected they gave me the right information and got a remarkle deal on a memory card for my phone. Sabrina was the best! They were getting ready to close, but did not rush me or the other customers that came in while I was there.

My power adapter for my modem bit the dust Thanksgiving morning, and if you know me at all, I can’t live long without internet access.
So I was referred here by the Palm Valley RadioShack, because this location had everything I needed.
I brought the old power adapter with me, and it was matched up, but when I got home, it was just a hair off! So back to the store I went, this time with the modem so we could test out the plug size. Not only did he get the right plug, he plugged it in there at the store just to make sure it was the adapter that was dead, and not the modem.
Thanks for being not only helpful, but patient and friendly. And thanks for saving me a trip to Best Buy. That is the last place I’d want to be on Black Friday! Good customer service rocks!

Well my digital thermometer died and I needed a tiny small round battery to fix it, so for convenience I stopped by the local Radio Shack the other day about 10 minutes before they closed. The young man looked up my battery by code and got my replacement right away and my cost was $ 5. The service on this visit was great, no wait time or not in stock problem. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
I have bought items at various Radio Shacks around Austin for as long as I can remember. Most of the time all went well but on occasion as in any place if they are busy it can take awhile. Over all I have only bought video cables and small nick knacks related to video or little batteries all for the easy convenience to pull up get in and get out as quickly as possible.
For what I use it for it meets my needs. I realize the price may be cheaper at a discount electronics shop but I like convenience.
Would I go back? Yes next time a need a little round battery.
