McDonald’s

Even though fast food places are not healthy for you, we are all guilty of eating here once in a while… thankfully. an egg mcmuffin isn’t all that bad for you… the drive through was quick and efficient. pretty much everything you want in a fast food joint.
I mean… it’s McDonald’s…you know what you’re getting yourself into. I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and it’s always been pretty decent.

I once again want to reiterate how bad this McDonald’s is. I just went through again almost two years after my last review. I didn’t order ice cream, but I asked the cashier if the ice cream machine was working and her reply was, «No, it’s been broke for a few days. They can’t find the right parts.» Are you kidding me???
Also, this location at this time doesn’t have Coke Zero.

I went back to this store today… Still giving out expired milk! Order a mighty kids meal McDouble got a single cheeseburger order a 4 piece McNugget got 3 nuggets when I handed the wrong items back she was VERY rude and she was the manager when I called and asked for the franchise information she started speaking Spanish and hung up the phone

You really want $ 15 an hour when you can’t even get a simple 4 item order correct? Then the manager refuses to answer the phone when I call to complain. I worked at McDonald’s in high school. I took some pride in my job. Sure I made mistakes, but not over and over like this place does.

Zero stars not even 1– Nasty cold chicken nuggets not a full qty also, HUMAN HAIR in every cheeseburger we got. Cold Fry’s everything about this location is bad from customers service to the quality of the fast food gross go to another location. Customer service is also bad the Mexican girls are too busy talking about the personal problems aloud then do there job correctly. No hair net’s ! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE :/

Usually a good spot to grab something but today is not the case. Got sold a nasty salad with rotten tomatoes! Soft, smelly and just gross. The lettuce is brown and not fresh. I tried to call the manager but no one answered the phone.
I called again and she seriously did not care.
Went in tonight and and wow the standards are worse. Food left out of the freezer and alarms left going off for my entire visit. I joked with the cashier, what’s burning and she said not her problem.

Unreal how bad this place is. Absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever seen or been to.
After struggling to place a simple order with an uninterested young man who mumbled barely audible replies to questions and didn’t know what sauces were available with «chicken» McNuggets, I looked around. All of the garbage pails were overflowing. There was trash on the floor behind the counter and all over the restaurant.
The overall obvious lack of care was scary enough that we barely ate any of the lukewarm, greasy and generally disgusting «chicken», which had no taste whatsoever. The fries actually weren’t nearly as bad and were at least hot.
The kids running around the filthy playscape didn’t seem to mind the conditions but I shudder to think about when the last time it was cleaned.
I’m not a huge fan of McDonalds in general however, I have come to expect at least a clean, well run operation when I infrequently go in. Not this location. Avoid it at all cost!

Best McDonald’s ever. Always friendly. Super fast service. They mean it when they sat 30 second service from the py window and the order is always correct. Great place to stop if you’re in a hurry.

I’m so mad at myself. I just lost twenty pounds, and I was doing great, having eschewed Ronald and his Mickey D minions for three months (breakfast not counted), I was in a hurry and caved yesterday. I had a McDouble, which was its usual quality, yet seemingly even more sub-​par after having delicious burgers recently; a Filet-​O-​Fish, which was markedly lower quality than they used to be. But the worst part – even the fries sucked. Historically, you could always count on McDonald’s fries to be the best in fast-​food world. Not this time. And, as if the cosmos was chiding me for giving in to the lure of the Golden Arches, I choked on a piece of Filet-​O-​Fish and it made me gag into the McDonald’s bag while speeding down I-​35 into Austin.
I think this may have been a good thing. Every three to five years or so, I light up a cigarette to see if I missed anything in the last fifteen years since I quit, and usually gag after the third or fourth drag, not finishing the smoke. In fact, I just did that exercise a few days ago at Workhorse. So, perhaps, this was just a measure to quell the withdrawals of my Mickey D recovery. It sure worked – I won’t step foot in another McDonald’s for a good while. But I’m still mad at myself.

This location’s drive thru is crowded and very slow during all rush hours and lunch. The order is incorrect at least 25 percent of the time. It is best to walk inside where it is faster and they can be rude to your face. In this way, the unhappy staff can get some modicum of satisfaction in their day.
It is best to drive to the McDonalds two exits North where the staff is pleasant, toe drive thru is efficient and the orders are correct!

This past Monday, while I should have been in my AIA Design class, I decided that my trip to the VA near the ABA (Austin Bergstrom Airport) should be as stressless as possible, so I stopped at McDonalds to wait for the traffic to go down and to eat some breakfast, which I usually prepare and consume at home because it’s cheaper.
I ordered and ate one of their breakfast meals. The joint was busy, but the line was fast, the area was clean, and the food was tasty and fresh.
I connected my phone near the bar area and it got some needed juice. While I waited, I used the MickeyD’s free wifi and chatted with a Texas state trooper whose parents must have had a fun time feeding when he was a child. The guy wasn’t fat. He was BIG. Anyway, I enjoyed my breakfast experience there at McDonalds because they’re speedy and the food is good.

Spent over 5 minutes to order and it took another 13 min to receive my order. When I got to the window the lady just looked at me and looked around and told someone something and the. Looked at me again and I finally asked her if that was my order cause all I ordered was a large coffee, not sure how difficult it is to pour coffee in a cup considering that all I asked for was coffee, no sugar or cream. As I was driving away I noticed that the person behind me was still at the first window. I guess she gave the cashier a 20 and didn’t know how to make change. Just ridiculous no reason for the delay. Oh by the way the coffee was cold by the time I got too it.

Great Service! Most of the staff are young Hispanic kids and they are awesome. (and No i’m not Hispanic. lol). I just appreciate their hard work and effort. For this place to get so much traffic I am pleasantly surprised how CLEAN it is inside! and they make the best hot caramel mocha! LOL :)

Tis is in comparison to other McDonald’s. my drive thru order is frequently messed up. Food subpar compared to other McDonald’s. interior often filthy. Play place stinks on occasion, literally. Food all over floor, and equipment itself has crumbs in crevices. There is a toddler play area, but older children run all over it. The play area is smaller and can be more acceptable for small children, but there is nothing to recommend this restaurant. If you want a play area, head to the McDonald’s near ikea.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Ice cream toppings all over the counters next to the registers. After waiting 15 mins at the register I asked a person (I assume he worked their since he was getting ice cream, but wasn’t wearing a McDonald’s uniform} if someone was going to take our order? He completely ignored me. I shook the guys hand next to me and walked out. MCDONALD’S? WOW!!! I’m going to contact corporate and inform them of what is going on there. I hope they audit that !@@# hole!!!

My first visit and everything was exceptional. A young lady named Erica was managing the floor and was very accommodating. And her right hand Ingrid is awesome! If I owned a restaurant, I would want these two in charge when I wasn’t there.
The dining area was clean. Noise level was at a minimum.
And of course, the restroom check came back a positive. Clean, paper levels full. Did not smell.
I will return.
I laugh at the people that say «I have been going there for years and my order is always wrong.» That should tell you something: Either find another place to eat, or consider that it might be the way you order your food. I worked in the food industry for nearly 3 decades. The hardest challenge I ever faced was teaching the customers the proper way to order food. If you want it with plain, just say «plain.» That is all. No need for «no ketchup add mayo with lettuce no pickles… blah, blah, blah.» Noise barriers exist and can misconstrue words, but «plain» will NEVER be misconstrued. There is too much to explain here, and this is not a tool to teach customers the right way to order. It is a forum to give criticisms, positive or negative, to establishments. I give this place a thumbs up on my first visit.

I generally go to this McDonald’s every week, but today when they told me I couldn’t have a large drink with a medium fries with my combo Meal, I cancelled my order and left. What’s up with that? All drinks cost the same price! This McDonald’s has failed me!

Do not waste your money at this mcdonalds, for that matter go to burger king or any othernfast food joint. This mcdonalds always gets my order completely wrong and they have absolutely no customer service. They suck. Take your money elsewhere.

Everything tastes better at this McDonald’s. Except they never have ice cream after 10 pm, which is usually when I’m craving ice cream.
