Great and fast service! I came in close to closing and the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very please with the agent that helped will be back again when im ready for an upgrade.

Mattress Firm worked with us and our budget and gave us a great deal. The store was busy when we visited, but Denise still had the time to help us and made sure we had what we wanted. We will be back for our other mattress needs in the future.

We were in a situation where we needed a full set ASAP and at a certain price point. Aaron was super and was able to put one together from his store’s clearance section and got a matching box spring from another location. He was very helpful and understanding, and drew maps and other info so that the sale/​pickup were as easy as possible for us.

Great experience. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful and didnt try to oversell at all. They worked in my price range and I ended up getting the mattress I wanted and a great deal!

I will never buy anything from them again. It seems they will tell you anything to get the sale. I was told delivery would be free then I was told it would be discounted… I was like no you said it was free?! I bought it on Sunday and would not be delivered till Thursday. The day before I get a call that the delivery will be after 5 pm they arrived at 730pm. The delivery guys reeked of cigarette smoke and as they left somehow managed to break a brick from a step on the porch. I called sleep experts have not heard back, So the free delivery will cost me repairs to my porch step.

Just a shout out to Jason for being the most awesome salesperson when buying a mattress. He knew immediately which mattress to point us toward and it was NOT even close to the most expensive. He listened to our needs, was patient, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. He also stayed an hour past closing when we returned the 2^nd time. Unbeknownst to us they closed at 8 which was when we walked in, thinking they closed at 9. He didn’t let on at all. Truly enjoyed Jason — be sure to ask for him. Super excited about getting our comfy, reasonably priced new bed in a few days!

Our mattress was delivered last Sunday. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the mattress were as professional as the sales person @ the store. They did a great job of making sure they were very careful and even put booties on over their boots so they didn’t track in any dirt. Great job!!! Oh yeah, The Tempur Pedic Cloud Supreme is awesome!!!

I recently purchased a twin mattress box set for my third bedroom in my new home. I first went to Mattress Firm but they didn’t have much of a selection and were pretty pricey. I decided to go to Sleep Experts and found an amazing deal on a Nature’s sleep all foam twin mattress.
I was greeted by a sales representative named Daniel Weiss who took his time to explain each twin mattress to me and allowed me to try them all. He was extremely professional and truly cared about my shopping experience at his store, and getting me a good price on an excellent mattress set. He was also able to set up delivery next day if I wanted which was great!
Delivery: Sleep Experts called me prior to delivery to give me a two hour window in which they obliged. The delivery took 15 minutes and the delivery guys (Joe and Kevin) were extremely professional and friendly. They both wore booties so that they wouldn’t track dirt on my floors and carpet. They were extremely well mannered and also cared about the full delivery experience they gave me.
I would highly recommend sleep experts to anyone that I know and can say that they have extremely competitive prices in comparison to mattress firm. Their selection of mattresses is much better than any other store.
