Kristi Sanguinet – Austin Realty Concepts

We were first time home buyers and Kristi was so patient with us and all the questions we had. She was extremely responsive and very flexible in her schedule when it came to showing us houses, even on those short notice ones that we wanted to look at as soon as they came on the market. Kristi has phenomenal negotiation skills that helped us get the home of our dreams despite a lot of roadblocks in our way. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market which helped us as buyers trying to purchase something in a seller’s market. I truly do not think we would have ended up with our house had it not been for Kristi and all her expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

It would be impossible to say enough great things about Kristi. As a first time home buyer, I was (still is) pretty terrified of the whole process. Kristi was the perfect person for me. She is genuine, and when we walked into a house that she didn’t think would resell easily, she immediately pointed it out and explained why. She never pushed me into anything, and was honest about the process. She was on top of all my paperwork and extremely responsive when I needed her. She’s the kind of person that you want to be friends with after you stop working with her, because she’s just that great to be around. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the areas I was looking in, which was great because I knew nothing about Round Rock.
Not only that, but a year and a half after I bought my house, I texted her asking for a favor regarding my property tax. She texted me back within 3 minutes, and had me the information I needed within the hour. She is just a genuinely good person. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but her to anyone that needed a realtor.
