Kitchen Collection

Every woman has a weakness when it comes to shopping. Something that makes her squeal and act like a giddy school girl. Well, I am not a clothes horse nor need an extra closet for my shoes. Just give me a big kitchen with lots of storage for my kitchen gadgets.
I found I have more wants than needs with these cool discoveries. Hence the reason I limit myself to going here once a year to curb my spending.
This store has it all. Pots, pans, storage containers, spoons, coffee makers, aprons, and much more than you can imagine. I always do a full sweep of the store so I don’t miss a thing.
On this visit I found a treasure, a cast iron cornbread pan. You know the one with the cute little corn shape. Normally I cook mine in a round cast iron pan because you know corn bread taste better baked in cast iron. And you can’t beat the price of $ 15.00.
My next find is a mandoline for $ 15.00. Oh, Yeah, it’s coming home with me. Sure I have good knife skills but it is tough and time consuming slicing potatoes paper thin. There are so many uses for this in my house but it is still a want instead of need.
The final purchase was a couple of egg round rings. So I can make my own English muffin breakfast sandwiches with perfectly round eggs.
At the checkout line, I was asked out by a 6 year old buy. He wanted to know if I liked cotton candy. I told him it was my favorite so he asked me to come to his house to have some with him. This is while he proudly held his brand new cotton candy machine. Yes, this store sells them too.

This is a great little shop in the outlet mall near Round Rock. They have lots of gadgets and other bits and bobs for your kitchen. I picked up some quality spice mixes and a few other bits from here and was well chuffed with the reasonable prices.
