James was very professional and thorough with our inspection. He took the time to go over the findings in great detail, answering all our questions. We were coming up on our 1 year new home warranty and James was quick to send us the detailed report with pictures the very next day. He cited codes where applicable. We HIGHLY recommend James!!!

James really knows what he is doing and knows his way around the house. He is very thorough and looks at the whole picture. Best of all he takes time to explain what the deficiencies are and how they affect the home and what to do about it. James is the guy you want doing your inspections.

James is the guy you want inspecting your home. Not only is he thorough (like most other inspectors should be), but his report is the most detailed I’ve ever seen. Post inspection in person report was just as amazing. He goes into great detail even citing changes in City/​County/​State code for your home. He answers every question with great attention to detail and is very personable. The report you get at the end is awesome! Pictures and detailed information for everything he found, and even idea for handy people like myself to fix on my own. And let’s not forget he was right on time and definitely affordable! This guy knows his stuff when it comes to home construction, home repair, and local code. I will use him from now on! I recommend you do too.

Fast service, great price and thorough inspection. James promptly returned my call regarding questions about our inspection report. He thoroughly answered all my questions, and was able to give an out-​of-​towner a good feel for the new place. James Hudson is more than a home inspector. He’s state certified what does. he doesn’t do just a quick and dirty inspection, charge you an arm and a leg and call it an inspection. He gets in places for bugs woodland crawl, and he knows what he’s looking for. then he provide you with a photo journal and detailed explanation of every issue that he discovers. he thinks your house better than he would inspect his own, and he charges an affordable/​competitive rate.
James also has a full service remodeling company, so he can help you resolve any problems that are discovered.
James inspected my home and remodeled two apartments for me. I would not hesitate to use him again, and recommend him without hesitation or reservation.
