Hop-A-Lot Moonwalks

Thank you to Hop-​A-​Lot for your community involvement! I was really impressed with your eagerness to participate in our PTA event, and your flexibility to cater to our event needs. Our PTA is proud to have a business like yours in our community who not only provides fun family entertainment that accommodates every child’s vision of «the best carnival ever», but who also shares our goal of building a solid sense of community for our families. Great choice for moon bounce house. I had never rented one until my son’s 5^th birthday in the park. John the owner has a very competitive price, he promptly returns phone calls and answers questions professionally. He’s very helpful in telling me what I needed to do to prepare. Finally I called about 6 – 7 other vendors. No one would rent to us because we were in the park in October (something about scheduling and drop off/​pick up). None of that mattered to John. Will rent from them again.

I needed a moonwalk last minute for a community event, and was so surprised when Hop-​a-​Lot was able to accommodate my request on a busy evening! They communicated with me promptly, were on time for delivery and pick up, and a general pleasure to work with. They made the rental easy and affordable. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends in need of event rentals!

I was in a crisis with my daughter’s 5^th birthday party when our bouncy house wasn’t working. I couldn’t find anywhere to rent a moonwalk from at the last minute, but when I called this business at 8pm at night, the owner answered and was very friendly saying I could rent from a huge variety for the next morning. The prices were better than anywhere else, and the ease of business was a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and were willing to meet us at 7AM to pick up the moonwalk (they offer to drop off and pick up, but this was easier for us). I will be sure to come back to this place for whatever party needs we have!

Very unorganized business. I reserved a bounce house through their website, got a call to confirm that I was going to pick it up. Do people really do that? I didn’t even think that was a thing. Anyway not a big deal, she said they’d deliver it.
Then I got a call saying they would be delivering the night before we needed it, didn’t happen. Never heard from them until the delivery guy showed up the next day. Then then the velcro art on the front of the bounce house didn’t stay on. The delivery guy tried several times and it finally stuck, of course it fell off after he left and I couldn’t get it back on, the velcro was totally shot.
End of the day the delivery guy picks it up and asks for a check. Then on Monday a charge for the same amount shows up on my credit card. It took them two days to track down the check, no one seemed to worried about double billing us. They said they’d mail the check back, that was 3 weeks ago, still haven’t seen it.

I used Hop-​A-​Lot for a work event I helped organized earlier this month, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Their prices are fair, and our attendees had a great time riding the mechanical bull and climbing their 25′ inflatable climbing wall. Also, the attendants they sent were really friendly. Highly recommended!
